In March, Samsung & AT&T announced Access, a candybar handset designed to support AT&T Mobile TV and Video Share video conferencing service on it’s 2.3” landscape display. The handset also comes “wired” for Bluetooth so you don’t have to share your conversation with everyone else around you.
In the fall, all of the VCast enabled mobile handsets, like the LG 9400 and more recently the LG Vu got an additional ten channels through Verizon’s partnership with MediaFlo.
According to a recent survey from CNN, mobile TV took the honors of most-wanted feature for consumers on their mobile phones.
