T-Mobile has sent an e-mail to various individuals detailing a "private
launch event" in New York City on April 21st - and that's it. No
information, no nothing. Just a date to show up. Obviously, online
publications are buzzing with rumors and speculations as to what
magenta will "launch," with the Cupcake update, the new Sidekick, and the G2 being the
most popular items.
Our friends over at TmoNews have obtained a screen shot from what is presumably a T-Mobile intranet website, and in the drop down menu, "HTC Dream" is shown. Could it be that an announcement of the next-generation Android device is imminent? My eggs are in the G2 basket.
