That pretty much wraps it up. So here's what we know so far:
Samsung Galaxy Tab, with a very pretty and scalable Android 2.2, Hummingbird processor, 7-inch enhanced TFT touchscreen display, dual cameras, full Adobe Flash 10.1 support, to be offered by all FOUR of the big U.S. carriers, and will launch by the holiday shopping season. (A Wi-Fi only model will be unveiled later.) What is not known: How much coin this will actually cost.
Pricing options? "We're competitive in the pricing options..." No actual answer there.
"Will the carriers subsidize the price at all?" No answer. "The carriers will announce their pricing when they launch..."
"None of the tablets talked about here tonight will have the voice feature enabled." (That's a weird choice of words. What do you guys think? Bad on-the-spot phrasing, i.e. mouth flub, or was this choice of words actually significant somehow? I lean toward the former, but you never know.)
"Will any of the tablets have voice capabilities?"
The tablet will be 3G, all of them across the carriers are 3G. The vid chat (via Qik) that was demo'ed tonight works via Wifi only.
Will the Sprint version be 3G or 4G?
So someone asked about pricing. Unfortunately, they're not spilling the beans. But they're positioning this for the holidays, so it's gotta be in a "gift" range, right?

The website is nice. Pretty, even. Okay. Can we go back to the Samsung Galaxy Tab? Please? (Like how much will it cost?? It's coming "in time for the holiday season," but exactly when??) Oh c'mon, fellas.
There's also a newly redesigned Samsung.com website. The company wants to enhance the way consumers interact with their products.
It's like Kindle's older, bigger, better brother that could kick its butt, with Android 2.2 and Hummingbird chip. jussayin...
You know, I'm not up close to that tablet yet, but from back here in the audience, it looks like it's about sized like a Kindle.
Did I mention that it's coming this fall? :-P
Now they're showing off a sneak preview of "The Event" (coming this fall!)
NBC is on deck, hawking a new show called "The Event," coming this fall. (Oh yeah, and they're excited about their partnership with Samsung)
They have relationships with MTV, NBC, Paramount, Warner, etc. Sounds like a pretty good line-up to kick this thing off.
"Instantaneous view": No waiting for downloading or buffering. You can start watching immediately, as it's still downloading.
Media hub users can share content they've already purchased across their own devices. (Up to 5 devices)
Now, about Samsung media hub: Entertainment content, new releases for purchase and rentals, as well as next-day TV for purchase
Accessories: Hardware QWERTY keyboard, docking station with HDMI out and a car dock for automobiles
Up to 7 hours of vid playback (bigger battery. That's great. Nothing worse than a tablet that dies too easily)
Well, it kind of had to be hummingbird, to make this thing fly. ;-) 16GB internal memory, and Samsung's AllShare, to share content like vids, pics easily

It's bringing in some "core equities" from Galaxy S line to this Galaxy tablet, like apps email, messaging, calendar, but also Samsung's Social Hub and Daily Briefing

Accelerometer, of course. And it comes with Google Mobile services, like gmail, maps, etc... Android 2.2 will scale nicely for this 7-inch tablet.

This is definitely different from the iPad. Flash games look great on this.
