• On Monday, October 4th at 8:00 PM EST/5:00 PM PST, Noah will jump on a Facebook webcast at http://bit.ly/PhoneDogLive to announce the winner of the iPad.  He'll refresh the Facebook page, and the first person that's listed in the "People Like This" section will win the prize.

• WINNER NOTIFICATIONS AND SHIPPING: Winning participant will be contacted via Facebook messaging or contact information stated on their Facebook account.  Inside of the United States, the prize will be shipped according to PhoneDog.com standard practices. If the participant is a resident of a country outside of the United States, PhoneDog.com will provide a $50.00 credit for shipping. The winning participant is responsible for providing us with the shipping methods of their choice to receive the prize. Participant is also responsible for any costs incurred for shipping, above the $50.00 credit provided by PhoneDog.com. The participant is the responsible party for the package once it leaves the United States. If for any reason, the winning participant becomes ineligible or unable to receive the prize, the next person in reading order of the “Friends Likes Us” section at the time of the original draw, will be the contest winner.
