Sprint spends a lot of money on production values at these events.  Okay, that's my last comment.

It's not that I stopped liveblogging, it's just that I really don't know what to say here.  One way to say it: Sprint just introduced a new level of fragmentation to the already insanely fragmented Android space.

One way to look at Sprint ID is to say that Sprint is attempting to cram a bunch of big money content down everyone's throats. Another way to look at it is that Sprint is trying to help entertainment-hungry customers sift through the content overload silo and find stuff that they'll actually enjoy. I'm sure there's a third way to look at it, too.

Someone from Disney coming onstage now. Notre Dame is apparently a partner, too. Oh wait, "someone" from Disney is the CEO, and he's delivering a videotaped message, he's not live. Aaron may have just shed a tear. Sorry, buddy.

Lots of exciting video from E! while Dan Hesse stands stoically to the side on stage. This press conference is really weird.

Sprint ID Pack partners.  Starting with an EVP from Comcast talking about E! for Sprint.  Sorry, but isn't E! partnering with EVERY MOBILE COMPANY IN THE WORLD right now?

SOmeone in the Sprint movie literally just said, "There's a Sprint ID pack for that."  Stop the There's-an-app-for-that madness!

I have no idea if these Sprint ID Pack promo videos are intentionally funny or so insanely bizarre that they're unintentionally funny

Starting out with a video that's making fun of Apple's App Store without naming names. Here comes Dan Hesse to the stage.  Aaron's excited.
