AT&T phones

We're now only one week away from Black Friday, and more carriers have come forward with their offerings for the biggest shopping day of the year.  AT&T will have deals going on all weekend, beginning on Black Friday and ending on Cyber Monday the following week.  There will be sales to be had regardless of whether you're in the market for a smartphone, featurephone, new phone, or refurbished phone, so read on for all the details:

  • Friday, November 26th, beginning at 12:01 AM ET, AT&T will be offering "some of the best prices ever" on its most popular touchscreen handsets
  • Saturday, November 27th, beginning at 12:021 AM ET, refurbished devices will be getting their time in the sun.  Select refurbished handsets, including the BlackBerry Torch, will be available for the low price of just $0.01.
  • Sunday, November 28th, beginning at 12:01 AM ET, heavy text messagers should check out AT&T for deals on quick messaging phones.  Customers can pick up either the Pantech Link, LG Vu Plus, Sharp FX, or Pantech Pursuit for free on contract.  An unlimited messaging plan is required.
  • Monday, November 29th, beginning at 9:00 AM ET, a selection of high-end smartphones will be available for just one penny.  Devices will rotate every three hours to keep things fresh and will include the HTC Aria, BlackBerry Curve 3G, Motorola Flipout, Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10, and the Motorola BRAVO.  Interested customers should sign up for email or text alerts created specifically for the Cyber Monday deals.

What's great about these offers from AT&T is that they cover just about any device that you could want.  Looking for a shiny new smartphone?  Cyber Monday is where it's at.  Text like it's your job?  BAM!  Sunday will be your Funday.  Even if you don't plan on buying anyone a phone for the holidays and would rather get yourself a shiny gift, you can check out these deals to see if something piques your interest.  It's ok, we won't tell.

UPDATE: AT&T just let us know that they've updated their Black Friday and Cyber Monday offerings to make them even more difficult to resist.  Beginning on Black Friday, all of AT&T's Windows Phone 7 devices will be available as part of a Buy One, Get One deal at the carrier's retail locations for the holiday season.  Interested customers will need to sign up for a two-year contract and, at minimum, a $15 data plan.
