Rumor: Sony Ericsson XPERIA Neo set to debut at MWC

Sony Ericsson XPERIA Neo

Although not confirmed just yet, many expect Sony Ericsson to unveil the XPERIA Play/PlayStation Phone at Mobile World Congress later this month, but that likely won't be the only Android-powered handset revealed by SE in Barcelona. According to TechRadar, the XPERIA Neo, which we know better as Hallon or MT15i, will also make its grand debut at MWC. As a refresher, rumored specs for the Neo include a 3.7-inch 854x480 display, 1GHz Qualcomm MSM7630 processor, 8.1 megapixel camera with LED flash, Adreno 205 GPU, 512MB RAM, 1500mAh battery, and Gingerbread.

Sony Ericsson has already promised us some new XPERIA handsets for MWC, so it isn't really much of a surprise that the company could be unveiling the Neo there. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the company has even more XPERIA phones to show off at the event. The question is, will they be able to match up to the XPERIA Play and Arc?
