Verizon-branded HTC Trophy photographed in the wild

The other day, we heard a rumor that Verizon's launch of the HTC Trophy would be coming at the end of March, and today we've got more evidence that the device is real and is just around the corner. A photo of a Verizon-branded Trophy was sent to Engadget earlier today, and the source of the image said that the device was exactly the same as the European Trophy save for some red accents on the device's rear.
Some Verizon users may be a tad disappointed that their carrier of choice isn't getting a Windows Phone 7 device with a physical QWERTY, just like I'm sure some Sprint folks would like a full touch device, but I'm sure that the Arrive and Trophy will pave the way for more WP7 phones in the future. As for the Trophy and its launch, we'll probably have to wait a while before we get all of the details since Verizon likes to keep us waiting until a day or two before a devices launch, but don't be shocked if it arrives in the last week or so of March with a price tag of $199.99. We'll keep you updated!
