Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10

Own a Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 on AT&T? Then today is your lucky day, my friend. Sony Ericsson announced today that an update to Android 2.1 is now available for AT&T's XPERIA X10 which includes goodies like 720p HD video capture, multitouch support, and five home screens. If you'd like to learn more about the update and find instructions on how to get the Eclair ball rolling, mosey on over to this link right here.

Sure, it's kind of a bummer that the X10 is only getting updated to Android 2.1 even though 2.3 is the most current version of the OS — for phones, anyway — but an update to Eclair is still pretty exciting considering that, before today, the X10 was running Android 1.6. X10 owners, be sure to let us know when you get 2.1 up and running!
