Hot on the heels of RIM's announcement of the new BlackBerry Curve 9350/9360/9370 this morning, Sprint has announced its launch plans for the newest addition to the BlackBerry 7 family. The Curve 9350 will be hitting Sprint on September 9th for $79.99 with a two-year contract and $50 mail-in rebate. The full press release is available for your perusal down below.
Specs for the BlackBerry Curve 9350 include a 2.44-inch 480x360 display, 800MHz processor, 5-megapixel camera with LED flash, VGA video capture, 512MB RAM, 512MB built-in storage, 2GB microSD card preinstalled, 1000mAh battery, NFC, and BlackBerry 7. Obviously the 9350 isn't quite as high-end as the new Bold 9930, but Sprint's new Curve looks like a good way for folks to get in on the BlackBerry 7 fun while still keeping their wallets fat. Anyone thinking about pulling the trigger on the 9350 once September 9th rolls around?

With BlackBerry 7, the BlackBerry Browser is significantly enhanced to provide a faster and more fluid user experience and includes optimized HTML5 performance for incredible gaming and video experiences.
Building upon the Universal Search feature introduced in BlackBerry 6, BlackBerry 7 expands the capability to include voice-activated search. This new capability makes it easier and more convenient to search for content on the smartphone or web.
