Best Buy to offer white Samsung Stratosphere, several other phones for free on Black Friday

Best Buy has been the source of a number of special, white-backed Android phones in the past, including a white HTC EVO 4G and white DROID Incredible 2. It looks like the big box retailer will be continuing its trend of releasing white handsets later this month, as Best Buy's leaked Black Friday ad has revealed that the company will be offering a snowy white version of the Samsung Stratosphere for free on contract to celebrate the biggest shopping day of the year. If the Stratosphere's not your thing, though, the ad shows that Best Buy will also be offering a number of other smartphones for no charge on Black Friday: the white DROID Incredible 2, EVO Shift 4G, BlackBerry Torch 9810 in white, LG Thrill 4G, and Motorola Atrix 2.
White handsets may not appeal to everyone, especially when the device has a white rear and black front rather than an all-white body, but they're a good option for folks that are tired of the whole "black slab" look or just want something different. Plus it's tough to argue with getting a shiny new smartphone for free with a two-year commitment. Anyone thinking about biting?
