Boost Mobile Samsung Replenish

Remember that Boost Mobile-branded Samsung Replenish that leaked last month? Well it's now officially official, as Boost Mobile has announced that it'll begin offering the Replenish on January 16th for $99.99 sans contract, making it the first Android on the operator that's priced below $100. Specs for the Boost Replenish are the same as the Sprint model, including a 2.8-inch touchscreen, 2-megapixel camera, and full QWERTY keyboard. The eco-friendly handset will also launch with Android 2.3 Gingerbread in tow, which the Sprint version just began receiving yesterday.

The Replenish may not be the freshest Android handset around, but it's still good to see Boost Mobile expanding its Android lineup. Expect this handset should appeal to customers looking to pick up a new smartphone on the cheap, as well as folks looking for an Android phone with physical QWERTY keyboard, as the Replenish is only the second Android on Boost to pack a hardware 'board. If you're interested in snagging a Boost Replenish when it launches later this month, you can mosey on over to Boost's official online store and bookmark the phone's page right now.
