HTC Edge reportedly undergoes codename change to become HTC Endeavor

Here's a little tidbit of information for those of you interested in the HTC Edge that leaked out back in November: According to a "trusted source" of Pocketnow's, the Edge has undergone a codename swap and is now known internally as the "HTC Endeavor." The reason for the name change isn't known. Also not known is what name the Edge/Endeavor will go by when it actually launches, but Pocketnow thinks that it could be known as the "Supreme" on store shelves.
Obviously this isn't the biggest rumor we've ever heard, but it's worth noting for anyone that's following the Endeavor, especially when it comes to scouring the web for little details about it. As for when we can expect the Endeavor and its rumored 4.7-inch 720p display and quad-core Tegra 3 processor to make its debut? Like its retail name, this bit of info is still up in the air. The Mobile World Congress show at the end of February could be a good place for HTC to take the wraps off of this high-end handset, though, don't you think?
