Motorola DROID X2 Verizon Wireless

It wasn't that long ago that Motorola DROID X owners received a shiny new software update, and now it looks like that particular handset's successor is due for an update of its own. The folks at Android Central have gotten hold of an email being sent out to DROID X2 owners that are part of the Motorola Feedback Network explaining that an "early preview" for a new update is about to begin. No details on what changes the update might contain were mentioned.

It definitely feels like it's been a while since the DROID X2 was treated to an update, so it's good to see that the 4.3-inch handset will soon be on the receiving end of some new software. You can bet that we'll let you know more about the update as soon as we get it, but until then, why don't you DX2 owners stop on into the comments below and let us know what fixes or tweaks you'd like to see included?
