Motorola DROID RAZR HD poses for a couple of photosAlex Wagner - Editorial Director of News and Content
Looks like the Dinara isn't the only Motorola-made handset leaking today. What you're looking at up there is purportedly the Motorola DROID RAZR HD, a device that we first got wind of thanks to some leaked photo EXIF data back in April. Looking at the RAZR HD's rear, we can see that the camera has been moved from its spot on the left of the original DROID RAZR to the center of the RAZR HD, and the entire backside of this new RAZR has been covered in kevlar. On the side there's micro-USB and micro-HDMI ports, and it's said that the hump-less design of the RAZR HD may be attributed to a 3,300mAh battery, similar to what's found in the RAZR MAXX. Unfortunately there aren't any images of the RAZR HD's face, but the source of these shots describes the display as "amazing" and also confirms that it has on-screen navigation buttons.
So far the DROID RAZR HD is seemingly shaping up to be what you'd expect out of the next RAZR family member, taking some parts from the previous two devices and adding a couple of its own enhancements, like the expected HD display. There's still no word on when the RAZR HD will be launching, but Droid-Life's sources suggest that it could still be a couple of months out. At least we've got leaked images like these to ogle until then. What do you think of the RAZR HD as we currently know it? Are you digging the slightly revised backside?
