During a live event in Berlin, Samsung announced the Galaxy Note II which is scheduled to launch in October in "major European, Asian, and Middle East markets." and stateside later this year. The Galaxy Note II offers a 1.6GHz quad-core processor, 8MP camera, 1.9MP front-facing camera, and 5.3" display.
