The 4G LTE love is getting spread around thick this morning, as Sprint has followed AT&T's announcements with news that its own LTE coverage has grown. Sprint's expansions are peppered throughout the U.S., including both coasts as well as a new Puerto Rico area. Here's where Sprint's freshly-activated LTE service can be found:
- Indianapolis/Carmel, Ind.
- Santa Rosa/Petaluma, Calif.
- Vallejo/Fairfield, Calif.
- Southern Puerto Rico (including Ponce, Coamo and Guayama)
- York/Hanover, Pa.
- Franklin County, Pa
- Page County, Va.
- Chicago, Ill. metro area
- Shenandoah County, Va.
Sprint's 4G LTE network now covers 49 markets. While it's not yet clear when that number will grow again, Sprint did recently name over 100 areas that will be gaining access to its LTE network in the coming months, so Now Network customers in those cities at least know that LTE service is headed their way. Are any of you Sprint users located in one of the locales that's gaining LTE coverage today?
