AT&T 4G LTE now live in some more locationsAlex Wagner - Deputy Managing Editor, News Desk
There's some good news for AT&T customers today to help them power through Thursday and reach the end of the week, as the big blue operator has announced that its 4G LTE network is now live in some new locales. AT&T revealed this morning that its LTE service has been turned on in Macon, Ga., which includes the area along I-75 and Warner Robins, as well as Ithaca, N.Y. The newly-activated LTE network in Ithaca covers Cornell University, University Hill, College Town, West Hill, Buttermilk State Park, South Hill and East Ithaca.
It's been a little over a month since we last saw AT&T expand its 4G LTE network, and while that's not entirely a surprise because of the holidays and such, I'm sure that AT&T customers are glad to see their carrier's LTE network growing once again. As usual, we've got AT&T's full announcements of today's news at the links below. Are any of you located in one of the towns with fresh AT&T LTE coverage?
