So far there's been no official word on when the BlackBerry Z10 will be launching here in the U.S. outside of a somewhat vague "mid-March" window given by CEO Thorsten Heins in January. That's changed today, as T-Mobile has confirmed to Reuters that it'll begin selling the Z10 to its business customers on March 11, with deliveries expected to hit buyers by the end of next week. T-Mobile wasn't quite as open about its plans for a consumer launch for the Z10, but it did say that it plans to offer the first BlackBerry 10 smartphone to regular consumers before the end of March.
While the March 11 launch of the Z10 on T-Mobile won't affect non-business subscribers, I'm sure that there are several Magenta customers that are just glad to hear that the consumer launch will be taking place before March wraps up. Plus, it's just exciting to hear that the Z10 will finally be officially launching here in the U.S. in some form, even if it's just to business types. A recently-leaked T-Mobile document showed that the Z10 may be slated for release on March 27, so T-Mo customers that are eager to give BB10 a go may still have a few weeks of waiting ahead of them. Are any of you T-Mobile customers planning on picking up a BlackBerry Z10 once it hits your carrier's magenta-colored shelves?
