In week 64 of PhoneDog Media's Official Smartphone Rankings™, the HTC One remained in the first place spot yet again, topping newer smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy S 4 and LG Optimus G Pro.  The One appears to be headed for the first place record on the charts, but rumors of hot new smartphones persist.  Will the buzz around the HTC One continue - and perhaps more importantly, can it continue to compete against Samsung’s Galaxy S 4 and the company’s marketing budget?
