The Motorola leak train keeps on chugging along today thanks to a report with some new details on the Moto X. According to sources speaking to The Wall Street Journal, the upcoming Moto X will be available on all four major U.S. carriers this fall. The same tipsters claim that the Moto X will feature a price that's "comparable" to the iPhone 5, Galaxy S 4 and HTC One.
As for the device itself, Motorola is also said to have "minimized" the amount of preinstalled software that will come on the Moto X. Today's report also backs up previous leaks that suggested that Moto X buyers will be able to customize the colors of the front and back of the phone and add engravings.
Spec details on the Moto X itself are still light, but the fact that the device is expected to be one of the first made by Motorola under Google's supervision is sure to drive interest in it. Today's report also claims that Google is planning to drop as much as $500 million on Moto X marketing, so those folks that don't yet know about the phone likely won't stay in the dark forever. Based on what we know of the Moto X so far, do you plan on checking out the device when it drops later this year?
