Red HTC One max appears in Taiwanese carrier's marketing materials
HTC has steadily been rolling out new paint jobs for its One and One mini handsets throughout 2013, and now it looks like it may be the One max's turn to don some new duds. Promotional materials for Taiwanese carrier Far EasTone have been posted to Sogi that show an unannounced red version of the HTC One max. The device is just hanging out with red models of other HTC handsets, including the Desire 601 and Butterfly, both of which have been officially shown wearing red in the past.
As I mentioned before, HTC has shown that it's not afraid to take the paint brush to its One devices, launching the flagship One in five different colors and the One mini in four hues to date. Red is one of the colors that both of those models are offered in, and so it wouldn't be a surprise to see the One max get a red option as well. There's no word yet on when this red One max might launch or where in the world it'll be sold, but if you think that the best way to improve upon a big phone is to paint it bright red, then you can rest easy knowing that HTC feels the same way.
