AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note II

After making its way to the Sprint and T-Mobile flavors of the Galaxy Note II in recent weeks, Samsung's new Premium Suite update for will begin hitting the AT&T Note II starting today, Dec. 17. That's according to Samsung's support website, which lists the update as build number JSS15J.I317UCUBMK6. This update packs in the same features the other Galaxy S/Note Android 4.3 updates, including support for Samsung's Galaxy Gear smartwatch and new versions of Easy Mode and Multi-Window. The full changelog posted by Samsung looks like this:

Software update includes:

  • Android 4.3 OS upgrade
  • Samsung Galaxy Gear compatibility
  • Premium Suite Features
    • PEN.UP
    • Group Play 2.5
    • Multi-Window (Note 3 Version)
    • Camera – Shot & Sound
    • Group Messaging
    • Samsung Link (Preload)
    • New Easy Mode
    • Samsung Apps
  • Knox

Neither AT&T nor Samsung have made any official announcements regarding the update's rollout, but as I mentioned before, Samsung's support page does say that the update will be released today. That means that if you're rocking a Note II with an AT&T tattoo on its backside, you may want to fire up ye olde Software update and check to see if you've got any Jelly Bean goodness waiting for you. That can be accomplished by going into Menu > Settings > About device > Software update > Check for updates.
