LG today took to its official Facebook page to share the image you see above, complete with the caption "Experience the MINI. Mobile World Congress. 2014-02-24." That's the LG G2 facing us in the lower-right image, and so the device resting next to it is likely the "mini" that LG is referring to.
While the Life's Good crew seems perfectly content to show us the G2 Mini's backside, the company isn't quite as forthcoming when it comes to the device's specs. We can see that it's got the same rear-mounted volume and power buttons as its full-size sibling, though, and there also appears to be a flash module next to the camera.
The original G2 features a 5.2-inch 1080p display, and so it'll be interesting to see how much LG decides to shrink that screen for the G2 Mini. Other miniaturized flagship phones on the market feature displays around 4.3 or 4.5 inches in size, so it's possible that LG could opt for a screen size right around there. The good news is that we don't have to wait long to find out what size LG selected, because the G2 Mini is set for a debut on Feb. 24, which just so happens to be the first day of Mobile World Congress. Prepare for the miniaturization of Android flagships to continue!
