There’s some big news out of Boost Mobile today, as the prepaid operator has taken the wraps off of three new Monthly Unlimited Select plans.

All three of Boost’s new Monthly Unlimited Select plans include unlimited talk and text. The difference between them is the amount of 3G/4G high-speed data that’s included, ranging from 500MB to 5GB. Once a subscriber hits that threshold, speeds will be slowed for the remainder of that billing cycle. Here’s how the new plans break down:

  • $40 plan includes unlimited talk, text and 500MB of high-speed data
  • $50 plan includes unlimited talk, text and 2.5GB of high-speed data
  • $60 plan includes unlimited talk, text and 5GB of high-speed data

Consumers that sign up for a Monthly Unlimited Select plan will also have access to a handful of international add-ons. For example, the International Minute Packs start at $10 per month and include varying amounts of minutes that can be used for a single country. The International Connect plan costs $5 per month and includes unlimited calls to landlines in more than 150 cities in Mexico as well as unlimited calls to Canada. All of the international add-ons include unlimited worldwide texting as well.

Boost Mobile has also revealed the exact date on which it plans to begin selling the Samsung Galaxy S5. Boost says that Samsung’s new flagship will hit its shelves on May 19. No pricing information has been announced.
