Apple is now pushing iOS 9.2.1 to all users. As you might expect from it being an x.x.1 update, iOS 9.2.1 is a fairly minor update that includes security tweaks and bug fixes. The fix that Apple highlights is one for an issue that could prevent an app from installing when using an MDM server.
If you’ve got an iOS 9 device, you can now install this update by going into Settings > General > Software Update on your device. You can also plug your device into your computer and update through iTunes.
This may not be the most exciting iOS update ever, but security updates and bug fixes are good to have because they help to keep your phone smooth and secure. And hey, iOS 9.3 is shaping up to include a few big new features, so at least we’ve got that to look forward to.
