Yep, I definitely wish it would have had atleast a 13mp camera with OIS! I would have completely got this phone but held off because of the camera. I take lots of pics of the kids so I crop and edit alot. Release a Prime/Supreme/Premium version HTC and you got me. My upgrade is open on August 1st and Im a free agent! :)

Good deal, but I'll stick with my Moto G LTE and 32gb memory card. If the price of the Moto X was lower a few months ago, I probably would've gotten it.

Andrew Thethird Manning HTC could simply remove that waste of space that is that HTC logo on front... Having only the boomsound speaker wouldn't be too bad but that logo takes almost half an inch and does nothing for the phone. Because of it, the phone is taller than any other phone with this screen size.

Sad the camera on this is the only reason why I can't keep it! I have had two of them now with all the latest updates & the camera in lower light with the flash still does not produce proper exposed images. The Motorola chat agent even agreed with me that the Moto G is better in low light! It's flash can light up a pitch dark room and the image is clear. Not so on the X. It's camera you cannot rely on.

I have an unlimited plan with the mobile hot spot and use about 22G per month. Not sure if that puts me in the top 5% of data users, but the policy is one more obnoxious way that Verizon takes advantage of its customers. Since I now pay full price for my phones which means Verizon no longer subsidizes my phone, the are already making a little extra money on me each month

i know i'm probably one of the last people that still makes phone calls, but if it were not for that, then i might think about switching to another provider. verizon is the only network that i have never had an issue with dropped calls in this area. that being said, i pay less now for my unlimited plan than i would if i went with a new plan that would be large enough to cover my highest usages. it's all a money grab, but until something truly better comes along, vzw it is.

The g3 has a 2k display, not a 4k display. 4k will never happen on a smartphone screen. Neither will ois on the front facing camera lol if you need ois for the front facing camera, then you must have the shaky hands of Muhammad Ali. The rest seems doable

not if you fall under their guidelines. once you are no longer under contract, they could actually drop you if they wanted because they fulfilled their end of providing you service for two years. thankfully they are not forcing you off and only throttling us.

Brad Willett

Bryan Pizzuti right. and it does make me sad to see it. but that wasn't my point. my point was given any day where both carriers would have the same rules applied, in the los angeles, inland empire area t-mobile is not as strong as verizon. they are for sure my second choice though. no question.

4k screen/video, knock-knock, laser focusing, micro sd support L, 16mp rear, 5 mp front camera both with OIS. Front speakers, 3200a battery or bigger and a 5.7-5.9 screen size. I was thinking about the LG3 until I read the reviews about the camera and despite its 4k screen the colors appear a little soft. Almost forgot finger print reader. I am hoping the Note 4 will have most of this.
