Thanks for the great video Beau. I too like the Gold ring on the home button. I bought the space grey model of iPhone 6 (AT&T, 16 GB). So far, I really love it. I have noticed that the finger print reader is actually a bit more accurate than the one on my 5S. The extra screen space is great though, and I love how the glass blends into the sides. This design is so much better than the 5/5S, which I never cared for.

As others have said, I use an iPod too. I hate music on my phone. Nothing more irritating than having your music interrupted by every call, text, email and Facebook update that comes in, no thanks. I still have a 4th gen iPod. Once that goes, I'll get a Touch. Kinda sad to see the Classic go for nostalgia though

I have a 120 GB iPod Classic and a smartphone. I rarely ever stream music from my phone. I'd rather listen to the music that I hand picked for a certain playlist/genre/artist instead of streaming music from a service with limited skips, commercials, and artists that it thinks are similar but really aren't. I bought a 32 GB memory card for my phone only because of issues with the audio jack on my iPod.

I mean today i havent actually used my ipod touch for anything but spotify its the only thing i use daily it has some games but i find the screen to small to enjoy them besides i buy the humble bundles and that wont work on ios. However i have tried the ipod classic and i dont think i could get used to the screen it has, even just considering music. I just find the touch screen much friendlier towards humans considering the large amount of music we are talking about.

Guðjón Jósef Baldursson I have an ipod touch connected to a philips bluetooh headset one movement to my head and i can pause/skip/increase/lover volume. Not perfect but i also believe this method of auxiliary control can be improved and in the end it might be more useful than the clicker type wheel on the ipod. f.x. Pebble can do this i think. What i want is a device that is bigger, has a much longer battery life and upgradable storage, Something that contains a 2.5" hdd and can act as a media "hub" on the go. I would buy this so hard in an instant even if it were apple.

Guðjón Jósef Baldursson

Júlíus Örn Fjeldsted Entertainment has always been more than just music but I want to have the ability to enjoy music for what it is without having the videos accompanying them thrust into my face. If I want to watch a music video on youtube or whatever I check it out on my phone or computer, if I want to watch a movie I like to put it on a tv screen. Likewise, when I listen to music I want to have the ability to stop it from being interrupted by an incoming call or text message, which is why I don't use my phone as a music player. The ipod classic hasn't lost it's relativity, it's function just isn't cool enough for the modern society. We want everything in one device and apple is frantically trying to give that to us. Me, I just want my ipod classic to last as long as a nokia 3310 but that's never gonna happen because it's made by Apple..

Júlíus Örn Fjeldsted Yeah, perhaps. The downside of no more ipod classic is definitely the fact that Apple aren't likely to make the storage capacity of the ipod touch any larger, if they did, they'd done it already. I also have a problem with touch screens on my mp3 player because I don't want to have to look at it for every little thing I do. I can adjust the volume, skip songs and pause on an ipod classic without even having to take it out of my pocket. That is not something you can do on an ipod touch. Personally, I would like to see the ipod classic brought back with perhaps a slightly bigger screen and an even bigger storage capacity.

The relativity part is how i perceive it entertainment today is much more than just music and having large storage/screen to watch/listen to would be king.

I have an ipod touch mainly for music/games and stuff and a HTC one mainly for skype/fb/kik aka communication device. The ipod classic has lost its relativity, what i want to see is a bigger ipod touch with a 126/256/512Gb ssd drive.

I might be crazy but I still use my phone like a phone.. The addition of turning my phone into a main center of all my social activities by being able to use facebook, messenger, snapchat, youtube and such on my phone is enough for me. I like my music player to be separate from my phone and I need a huge amount of storage because I have a lot of music.

I stream as well when away or at work but I have to listen to someone's else's chooses. I like things my way it's just that simple. I am even thinking bog buying another one just in case something happens to mine. Boo with the discontinuation of iPod Classic!

No influence at all... if there is anyone out there that still has an iPod they most likely have a smartphone already and already use it for music. Also if they are on T-Mobile they can stream music for free from a good selection of music providers.
