Hi, mlouise. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to change this setting globally. It's easy in the browser, but to change the fonts for the entire phone, you have to get into some unreliable hacking. If you want to give it a shot, download an app from the Market called Anycut. Run the app, create a new shortcut, select activity, select Display.
