AT&T Service
By Justin Craig , posted: Nov 08The good: Very Good 3G reception every time I use my phone and its very fast.Web browsing is great.Media Net is so easy to use a caveman could do it.LOL
The bad: The bill in my mind is a bit high priced but not too bad.
Summary: With AT&T im very happy unlike when I was with Verizon Wireless which was terrible. I recommend AT&T any day over stupid TMOBILE and Verizon and I didnt mention Sprint because it's just not worth it.

AT&T/Cingular
By Tyler Brewer, posted: Oct 08The good: Coverage is extremely good. I have NEVER had a single dropped call from my end yet and I have been with them for 4 years. The very few times that I did have any issues I called up their customer service and they were very kind, polite, courteous and very helpful
The bad: The only thing I dont really like about AT&T is that they are a little pricy
Summary: I have been with AT&T for 4 years now. I have had virtually no problems with them. Everything was good when they were Cingular. Nothing changed when they were bought out by AT&T. I will continue to stay with AT&T as long as they provide good service to me

Never Again

The bad: Horrible, horrible service!
Summary: Where do I begin? The final straw was when I went in to buy an I-Phone, was told "We don't have them." I asked to make a change to my account, and I was not allowed to access it without my HUSBAND THERE. I opened the account, and we both went in last year and asked that it be in both our names. Apparently, they just put it in his. These idiots should be be put out of business! This is just one of MANY incidents. I'm done.

Great Service
By Roberta Hiener, posted: Sep 08The good: I had verizon and my service droped a lot not all the time like when i had t-mobile. With Att i have 5 bars like every were i go and have not had a dropped call. The napster mobile is better then v cast because you do not have to pay an extra 15 bucks a month just for 1 song.
The bad: none
Summary: I would recomened ATT over anyone any day because I have had Sprint, Tmobile, and verizon and att is far better

Dropped calls

The bad: Daily dropped calls, 1-2 bars most of the time.Poor reception. Equipment not what it used to be. Over priced.
Summary: I must change to a better carrier. I have to have clear,consistent service at all times.

They stink

The bad: Poor reception lots of dropped calls. Cingular was better before AT&T came.
Summary: When Cingular became AT&T, my plans "expired" tripling my phone bill. Customer service was rude. My call dropped while I was talking to them so they cancelled my plan instead of fixing it.

EXCELLENT!!!

The bad: They charge too much for the extras
Summary: I've had it for 4 years now, and I have no complaints, when ever they charged me for stuff that wasn't it was taken cared of immediately. They have great phones, none of the cheap ones, The service is great I have excellent coverage, The rollover is very helpful when sometimes I have a crazy month! Just overall great. I've had Sprint and I hated it, I've had Verizon and it was so expensive.

Constant Dropped Calls

The bad: Dropped calls constantly and bad reception.
Summary: I was very pleased whith Cingular, when it became AT&T everything changed. Constant dropped calls, cheap phones, and lousy reception. Very frustrating to deal with.

Tried for 1 month......BAD IDEA

The bad: Coverage
Summary: After being with Verizon for 4 years, I switched to AT&T for the Iphone. The phone was great and works OK in Spokane. I then went to Montana and I had no coverage in Helena and no 3G coverage anywhere. AT&T said that they use the same towers as Verizon and that they would provide better/same coverage as Verizon. WRONG!!! After 1 month, I swtiched back to Verizon and I couldn't be happier.

Time for change
By Bob Pross, posted: Aug 08I started service with Cingular over 9 years ago. I upgraded just before they changed to AT&T. For me, the bills got very confusing as they lump all minutes together. I never once received courteous and knowledgeable customer service. Stayed so long as probably afraid of change. I'm done now.
