Bad Customer ServiceBy Sara Hupp, posted: Jul 12The signal always sucks, calls dropped, incoming calls not showing up or going straight to voicemail. the music app takes forever to load, if it even loads at all. When I wanted to cancel my service and change my phone number to TMobile (much better signal) I was repeatedly hung up on and there was NOONE that could help me in the Customer Service line. I will never recommend them to anyone in a million years!!

horriable!!!!By Brooke A Biel, posted: Jun 12i have had cricket service since 2007, i have always had insurance on my phones, i bought a new phone a few months ago and it is now not working properly, when i called and told them about it they said i didnt have insurance, i told them thats bs that i have had insurance since 2007, they said well somehow in 2011 you no longer had it, that was a mistake on their end obviously, but they didnt do a damn thing about it, so now i have a new phone that is broke, and cant do anything about it....nobody can hear me talking on the phone so i took it to a corporate store they called my phone and said that they could hear me but i sounded a bit muffled, so they said they couldnt do anything about it....nobody can hear me when i call them or they call me, this is crazy, they wont do a damn thing!!!! and not to mention, they dont even speak freaking english!!!! im fed up and looking for a new phone service, they are going to lose alot of business, i have 2 accts and my sister in law has 5 and we are both going to shut our cricket service off when we find a new plan.... i dont recommand them to anyone, they are a hugh rip off and dont help your problems or solve them at al!!! the only reason why i have kept them for so long was because it was the cheapest place that i could find at the time, they are nottttt worthhhh itttt....total rip off!!!!!

Worst company ever!!!!By Alejandro Lopez, posted: Jun 12Bad bad just bad service.. Cricket does not deserve to be a company. Constant dropped calls. I call Canada and other places and if I am on the phone for over 30 minutes, the call automatically drops if long distance. It takes forever to place a call without it dropping first, you can't get to a live agent without them hanging up and saying goodbye before resolving an issue, the phones are worth crap, the bridge pay agreement sucks, if you don't pay on time they automatically shut off your phone, this company is worth garbage. IF YOU WANT JOBS TO COME BACK TO THIS COUNTRY, DON'T SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.. The service is deplorable. Absolutely horrible horrible customer service, those people are mainly in India and The Philippines and could barely speak English; outrageous number of dropped calls and poor service, the phones are crappy,

DO NOT BUY FROM CRICKET,,,,PERIODBy Jeanne Prichard, posted: Jun 12Worst experience of any cell phone company. Out and out lied to me that the phone I was buying had web service and then sold me a plan for web service. I was promised that they could port my old number ....WRONG. I was promised a 30 day money back guarantee, WRONG. I am now out for the cost of the phone AND data plan and haven't even used the phone once. oh, and now have shipping charges to send it back. No offense to the people of Malaysia which is where the call center is I believe....couldn't understand a single word of one person and kept calling back until I found someone I could understand. If anyone wants their corporate phone I was told it is 858- 882-9926. Address is 1818 Marron Road, Carlsbad, CA 92008. I am also contacting the attorney general to make a complaint. If enough people do, maybe the gov will do something about it.

Rating For cricketBy Breanna Ilveme Nicole, posted: Jun 12I absolutely do not like cricket. I bought a phone on line and when I tried to call to get the phone activated they tried to make me pay a bill of 58.58, when I already payed that bill when ordering my new phone. It took about 30-45 mins to activate my phone and they made me get a new number. I don't understand the process of getting a new phone and having to pay to keep your old number with your new phone. If you are already a cricket customer you shouldn't have to pay to keep your old number if you are already in the computer. I am planning on going with a different network.. maybe SPRINT

Less then ZeroBy Shelah Johnson, posted: Apr 12I keep two Wi-Fi accounts open because I work remote and am often throttled down due to my usage. My Verizon, although expensive, works without fail. My Cricket account on the other hand works 2 days out of 30. I've had a trouble ticket open for more than a week, this came after no less than six support calls. When I followed up on why ticket was not being addressed I was told that I would just have to wait until they get around to it – no ETA no explanation, no support. When looking at plans or products of any kind, my advice is to look first at their customer service and support process and then work your way up to the product. A poor service is no bargain at any price. When it comes to Cricket – save your money and opt for quality over cost, if that is not an option look for alternatives. DO NOT SUPPORT BUSINESS ARE NOT COMMITTED TO BUILDING QUAILITY – you are worth more!

Great Unlimited plan at Cricket < vs > AT&T Unlimited RipoffBy onosakai22, posted: Apr 12 Cricket's Unlimited Plan for android phones = is $55.00 a month - Unlike AT&T -there's no contract - unlimited 411 calls, text, talk, internet/data, even calls to BC Canada from So Calif were free !! The coverage is excellent, very rarely drops calls... the customer service is poor via 800=CRICKET-but, go to the Cricket Corporate Retail Store in your area, and the service, knowledge and support is there. There's many Independent Cricket Dealers that aren't going to give that same level of service/support, or who will be able to port your contacts, and solve your issues, like a CricketCorporate Store will. My only gripe is the call quality....accprding to my contacts, the sound of my voice is muffled - but, I think it may be the Samsung Transfix phone, not Cricket's network.I recently bought an AppleS4 Phone and wireless plan from AT&T. .. I wanted better call quality and all that Apple flash. However, the AT&T plan, requires at least $100,00 a mo-and even tho it's named unlimited.. a data pkg, a text pkg, any 411 calls, plus...calls to BC Canada, which requires another pkg, all cost extra and are not all unlmited...except talk. The Apple isnt all that more flash than the Cricket Androids..Plus, immediately, I was pounced on by AT&T to purchase more pkgs, like UVerse...and they actually signed me up without my authorization for a UVerse install, which I had to waste my day cancelling, then the AT&T telemarketing stalker dept began calling my home phone, emailing and BUGGING ME...I had to say NO at least 6 times to pushy marketing tactics... In summary, I'm returning that Apple phone, and cancelling the wireless contract to the invasive, overpriced, mega monster AT&T.. and stick with the small, competetively priced, and better choice, CRICKET WIRELESS, who actually means unlimited, when they say UNLIMITED ! and they don't BUG ME!
