1.0 overallThis is the worst cell phone provider I've ever dealt with
By jklutman1221, posted: Mar 12My ZTE phone had problems from the beginning. It took 4 calls to get it activated properly. I've wasted countless minutes trying to get help from their ridiculous excuse for a technical support department, as well as the manufacturer. I even took my phone back to the store from which I purchased it and none of them could fix it. First, the touchscreen stopped responding. The music search was a joke. Then it automatically went into silent mode every time it went into sleep mode, and now it will neither send nor receive texts from anyone, except my phone itself. I am disgusted and frustrated with this sham of a company and would never recommend it to anyone. It truly is a waste of time and your hard-earned money.- 1.0 overall
Don't waste your time or money!
By Zach Moberly, posted: Jan 12I had cricket mobile for 2 months before my Cricket ZTE started acting up. When I contacted the customer service department they informed me that these phones only came with a 30 day warranty, and that any repairs that where needed would be coming out of my pocket. It's nice to know that this cell company isn't even confident enough to back their own product up for more than 30 days. rediculous! - 0.0 overall
IRRESPETO A PERSONAS MAYORES
4.0 overallExcellent International Text Messaging Plan!
By pgi930, posted: Dec 11Cricket has the BEST and unbeatable plan for International text messaging i.e. Free & Unlim International Text Mgs with their $45 & $55 plans. I love their breach payment option of $20 if you can not pay the whole bill on the due date. I have been using their Android M860(HUAWEI)handset for 6months and I am completely satisfying with it. I used other telephone carriers for over 12yrs, but Cricket beats them all. My 10yrs with Sprint was nothing, but HELL FIRE! My bad experiences with Sprint were: No signal inside my house except on the last floor (bed room near the window). Also, Sprint can suspend your service because of $1. Sprint suspended my service even on Christmas Day because of $14 past due, etc. TMobile is the worse of all in the sense that they always over charge customers. They over charged me for $157 and I was on the phone with their customer rep for over 3hrs and they told me that they've fixed it and promised me that it wiill reflect on my next bill, but it never reflected on my bills for 4 months and they later suspended my service because I refused to pay them. AT&T could have been the best in terms of good quality and customer service, but they are TOO expensive. Overall, I will say Cricket has the best equipmen, best plans, and great price, but they need to train their Customer Service Reps most especially at the Cooperate Office in Lanham, MD!- 1.5 overall
Danielle Vauled customer from the beginning
By Danielle Webb, posted: Dec 11OVER THE YEARS I'VE HAD MINOR PROBLEMS WITH CRICKET AND THERE PHONE SERVICE BUT NOW I'M JUST MORE OUT DONE WITH THEM AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN. JUST LAST WEEKEND I PAID MY BILL ON LINE AND I WAS OVER CHARGED 125 DOLLARS OVER CHARGED. SO IN THE EVENT OF ME BEING OVER CHARGED I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TRIED TO GET THE SITUATION FIXED. NOT ONLY DID THEY TELL ME I WAS OVER BILLED, THEY ALSO TOLD ME THEY DONT DO REFUNDS. WHAT?? WAS MY RESPONSE. THEY TOLD ME THE ONLY THING THEY CAN DO FOR ME WAS HOLD THE MONEY ON MY ACCOUNT AND EACH TIME MY BILL WAS DUE THEY WOULD DEDUCT THE AMOUNT. I SAID NO. SO NEXT THEY HAVE ME CALL THEIR BILLING COMPANY I WAITED TWO HOURS TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE FOR THEM TO TELL ME THE ONLY WAY I CAN GET MY REFUND IS TO CALL CRICKET BACK. I DID SO FOR THEM TO TELL ME GET MY BANK STATEMENT AND FAX IT OVER TO PROVE I WAS ACTUALLY OVER CHARGED. REALLY?? THE ACTUAL PROVE IS RIGHT N YOUR SYSTEM ON MY ACCOUNT PLUS U JUST TOLD I WAS OVER CHARGED. I FAXED THE BANK STATEMENT OVER TO HEAR I HAVE TO WAIT 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE MY MONEY NOT INCLUDING WAITING ON A CHECK TO BE MAILED OUT TO ME.

4.7 overallCricket Wireless is a great company.
By Mike Bass, posted: Oct 10The good: Inexpensive, great coverage, great phones. The bad: The only con I have found is the East Indian customer service is a little hard to understand sometimes.Summary: I have been with Cricket Wireless for over 9 years and have nothing but good things to say. The coverage has increased in the past years to include most everywhere in the U.S. and their signal quality is great. I understand if you maybe came from another over priced inflated phone company to this one, you may not like the service. But for people that aren't worried about having the best phone ever and the hottest new stuff out it's a great company to go with.
1.7 overallIncredibly bad phone company
By Dave V , posted: Sep 10The good: InexpensiveThe bad: Almost every call experiences poor voice quality and/or dropped call. Very bad customer service.Summary: Actually hard to believe how bad the quality of calls are compared to other cell companies. I made the mistake of porting my T-Mobile number to cricket because of the low price. People on the other end of a call are constantly saying they can't understand me, sounding garbled. And most calls get dropped unless you keep the conversations to a couple of minutes. I also had problems with the voicemail not working. First time it happened, I called customer service 6 times before they figured out how to reset the account. Second time took 4 calls. And the customer service seems to be based in India and is very hard to understand them. They also seem to have little to no training and read from a script, the wrong script, to the problems I was having. They refused or were unable to understand what I was telling them my problem was and were offering solutions to a totally different problem. I'll be switching back to T-Mobile.
1.0 overallUnrespectfull Service
By Tony Tattoo, posted: Sep 10The good: Cheap unlimited service, u get what you pay for.The bad: phones use crickit server for web is lame and not safe.Summary: Bought a new messanger touch samsung black for my girl and it shut down the first day looping boot sequince. took it back to cricket with the warranty payed an other 10 dollars for shipping back to samsung plus twenty questions about what sight she was tryng to download from. Cricket red flaged her number and now the second messenger phone doesnt download anything. Took it back with no one even tryng to flash this exlusive phone of Cricket to fix it or have an answer to whats going on with this useless phone. Tech service sux it seems the kids they have working behind the counter have no clue to the inside workings of a phone or even why a phone works for that matter. Online sight support is nill and hyped with sales gimicks. Read that fine print of all sales and phone polices and u will see that they dont cover anything. They said that the could not replace the phone because there was 30min of airtime on it it took them that time and more to set the thing up at their store. I dont get how they are still in buisness screwing people. If you have money to just piss away Crickit will take it.....Thank you Crickit Kiss my A**!
4.3 overallBad Review........I Don't Think So.
By Matt Siedlers, posted: Aug 10The good: In chicago......phone service is great, 3G coverage is great, very reliable. The bad: Phone selection.Summary: I've had cricket for over a month now. I was in a hurry, my sprint contract was up, and needed a phone fast. I went to cricket because i could get a phone with keyboard, and a 3g wireless air card for the $75.00 a month. First off, i have NEVER had a dropped call yet. That must say something. Every text i've sent (and there are lots) has gone thru in seconds. I'm the only one out of countless friends that has cricket, and i have had not ONE problem. Phone works, service has been spectacular, and the internet card..... GREAT! The 3G wireless card is faster than the DSL i use at work. I don't even use my work network anymore. I just use the card. Now i'm not gonna lie and say it's downloads in lightning speed. But, browsing, music, video, and the occasional download is the perfect use for this card. I've had nextel, then sprint in the past. And the service with cricket, at least for me has been way better! I've had countless dropped calls with sprint, none with cricket. And with the wireless card, sprint was terrible. Pages couldn't load, yahdayahda. But not with the cricket card. For instance, i'm in my basement RIGHT NOW writing this with it. I disagree with alot of the negative comments here. I'll tell ya what, maybe i'm lucky, but i'm sticking with cricket.
