1.0 overallHORRIBLE PHONE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE...THE WORSE !!!
By buzz-saw, posted: May 1DO YOUR HOMEWORK PEOPLE. THIS CRICKET PHONE SERVICE AND PROVIDER IS TOTAL CRAP !! THEY SAY YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. SO WITH LITTLE MONEY OUT OF POCKET...EXPECT LITTLE SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. I DON'T KNOW HOW PEOPLE GET AWAY WITH THIS CRAP. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LIKE TALKING TO A 2 YR OLD. CAN YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT A 2 YEAR OLD SAYS ??? WELL TALKING TO THESE PEOPLE IS ABOUT AS FRUSTRATING AS THE PHONE SERVICE ITSELF. CALLS LOST, PHONE BREAKS UP CONSTANTLY, MESSAGES LOST AS THEY COME IN CONSTANTLY. RECEIVING PICTURES ON THIS PHONE...WHAT A JOKE !!! STAY AWAY FROM CRICKET SERVICE AT ALL COSTS. IF YOU THINK YOUR GONNA SAVE MONEY...WRONG...YOU WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PROVIDER WITHIN THE MONTH...OR NEXT...GUARENTEED !!! BEWARE AND TAKE THE ADVICE FROM US THAT HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS TERRIBLE PHONE SERVICE. CRICKET SUCKS !!!- 1.0 overall

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!!!! SCAM!!!! MONKEYS COULD DO BETTER IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
By Nancy Shearer, posted: Feb 19I ordered a phone, paid and per contract it was supposed to be over night shipped. One week later I have had nothing but problems/run arounds and no phone. The person who took the order sent my phone to a college shipping department and they will not release it to anyone. I have tried to resolve this with the Philippines customer service department and they give me the run around and refuse to remedy this. I have called 10x, refusing to refund or reship. I have been told everything from I will send a return UPS ticket to we do not send return tickets. I have had to have my 22 year old son speak to the customer service department because I put the order in his name due to it being purchased for him. He has got the same run around, put on hold and asked for his birthdate which has nothing to do with this phone order. - 4.0 overall
Reason why i have go with them
By Brenda Gallay, posted: Feb 15The reason i have go with cricket is b/c my credit ant that good to go with companys like at&t,sprint,verizon,t-moblie i try these company the all want big deposit down but so far i haven't had any problems with cricket services or phones i been with then sences 2009 at lest i don't have a contact to sign with cricket the other companys you do at lest 1 or 2 yrs contract with the other company and they do charge you high price for mins that u use at lest you don't have pay high price for unlimited calls that u make and price are good to me what i can afford in my budget if i went with any different company i would be paying high price for the services and for the phone and to rent the phone as well so to me i think cricket is good special people who can't afford lot to spend out on phones and services - 1.3 overall
Activated when asked not to lost 1 month service prior to xmas
By CE Chamouka, posted: Jan 2Gets worse, they called me wanting to set up auto pay. I DO NOT give personal info to anyone who CALLS ME. Then tried to log in, couldn't. Had reset info sent to my phone, didn't work. Later had it sent to my email, didn't work. Called and spoke to a very nice person however, the company isn't worth the trouble and extra cost. 1.0 overallno customer service
By chriso, posted: Nov 12I have been a Cricket customer for a number of years, dating back to the Hargray days. The real problem with this company is a total lack of after-sales customer service: whether it be commercial or technical. It is extremely difficult (almost impossible) to obtain a knowledgeable agent to solve any problem. Generally the personnel are badly trained and badly informed. The real test of a company is not when everything is going well (as it should do!) but how they deal with a problem. Cricket scores very, very low. In summary the service is ok as long as it works, but as soon as you have a problem you can not count on them for help. There are many other better phone companies to choose from!- 1.0 overall
NIGHTMARE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
By somdaysn, posted: Oct 12I would have given this company 0 stars if that were possible. Avoid this place as if your life depends on it. The staff are very unprofessional. The manager Carol seems to have no idea how to do her job. After having an issue with the huawei mercury I purchased in june which did not work from the moment I left the store I purchased it at(Hickory grove) I returned it to that store the following morning and was told by Marabel who sold me the phone that I would have to take it to the corporate location to have it replaced. I sat at this location for 4 hours without speaking to a single employee other than to be told very rudely to sign in on a kiosk which I did. I stood against the wall for 4 hours waiting to be served because there is only one bench and the place is always packed(wonder why). There is a police officer stationed in the waiting room which should tell you something about this location. A woman was actually hitting her very young child in the waiting area with a shoe and no one even seemed to notice. After 4 hours I had to return home with no resolution. I spent hours on the phone with Crickets useless customer service with no resolution and was directed back to the store where I waited several more hours with no help. Everyone within cricket, apart from Marabel herself tells me that she should have replaced the phone and they cant help me. Fast forward to October. THATS 4 MONTHS! I am at my wits end and am still paying for a phone that will not work. I finally get in touch with a regional manager for the charlotte area that covers the store I purchased the phone from because the manager of that store (hickory grove) named Muhamed refuses to help me as well. The regional manager named Kelly tells me that if I will pay a 125 insurance claim fee that he will give me a better phone and a discount monthly on my service as well as a credit to offset the cost of the insurance fee. Although I did and still do believe that they should have immediatly replaced the defective merchandise that they sold me, I felt that this was an acceptable compromise and agreed. He told me to go see Carol at the Mallard pointe store and gave me a packet of info to give her to have this resolved. She did get me the new phone and I paid my 125 and she told me that she would text me within an hour to let me know that the credit and discount had been applied and what my monthly bill would be going forward. Needless to say, I never received that text. Just found out that none of that had been done after I left. This has been the worst customer service I have ever received. Avoid cricket at all costs!!!! The convenience of not having a contract does not offset the total lack of professionality and customer service. Every single person I have dealt with within this company made it very clear that they will only do the minimum required and could care less about thier customers.
