Not worth it even though it's cheapBy Cynthia Yoon, posted: May 2Service: I get no signal. Even though the Metro PCS representative told me that the service in my area, in the entire state, would be great, I barely get a one bar. When I complained, they said that the phone just needs to be reprogrammed and will be good to go. -- didn't work. The signal cuts out so often that I just resort to using google voice. Customer Service: The representatives are not very friendly. I could tell that they don't want to work there. And apparently, even though I got three phones under my name and I needed to fix some problems on all three of them, they are only allowed to fix one phone at a time. -- I had to call back for troubleshooting each phone.. How inefficient and stupid is that? I also had to call for the same reason for all three. Rebates: This is a hoax. The rebates never come in. Even though my rebate applications were considered valid, they just said for weeks that it will be mailed. The customers have to waste time to really bother them for it. My full sympathies go to so many of us out there who fell victim to this rebate-scheme.

DisappointedBy James Osborne, posted: Apr 21I signed up with Metro PCS because the cell phone came with optional hot spot. I told them if Internet hot spot was too slow I would ask for a refund. I had seven days to get a full refund. The hot spot worked well even after I used the 2.5GB data. It stopped working well on the seventh day exactly.

metro pcsBy Haily Elizabeth, posted: Apr 15I love metro pcs now, hated it in the past because it wasn't good. Now it's EXCELLENT unless maybe you live in the middle of nowhere. I'm in LA, was in NYC before for a short time..it works great & i have had at&t, VERIZON, & sprint before...my bills always were too expensive, full of fees & SURPRISES, cancellation fees when i'd had enough. I LOVED my Evo from sprint, but i had to have replacements, the screen would crack too easily, the internet would freeze sometimes.. Now not all metro pcs smartphones are good.. While i love big screens as i was used to, don't be fooled by a smaller one such as the LG MOTION 4G that i have, this is the best phone i've had without ANY problems, screen is tough, camera is GREAT, sound quality, INTERNET NEVER LET'S ME DOWN IT IS EXTREMELY FAST & i watch tv episodes & 40+min youtube videos etc without any problem, reception works anywhere. I used to strongly dislike metro pcs, now i love it & i'm glued to my phone. I never have a surprise on my bill AND unlike other possibly cheaper prepaid companies i don't have to refill a stupid card & worry where do i go of i have a problem.. I feel i still have the security of a contract company. LG motion!

I have a solution!By John Phong, posted: Apr 15Metro PCS is a horrible company because their services SUCK! I know how fustrating this can be and I know how fustrating it is to pay ridiculous prices for unlimited talk, text, and data for certain carries. I also understand that many of us do not like being stuck in contracts. DO NOT worry there is a solution and there is a company that partners and uses the same towers as T-mobile. The cost for unlimited talk, text, and data? $49! That is CORRECT! If you would like more information on this please contact me at 626-315-2212

hate itBy Andrea Ascencio, posted: Mar 30Depending on where you go the people helping you would be great or not but the service is the WORST! The phone starts to breakdown and lag with in the first few month and when you try to get a replacement they give you an old used one as well. I recently dealt with that problem and the phone i received was worse than my old phone and in the stores i couldn't do anything about it because they said it was new. HA! this thing is older than my great grandma. I may sound like I am exaggerating but it's very true. Aside from that fact the actual signal is very bad. You get no service anywhere at all! I recommend not getting it.

glad i made the changeBy Jay Janis, posted: Mar 27I had enough with Verizon paying 160$ a Month for their unlimited everything pkg .from The time i entered their store the salesperson was very informative he had 3 customers ahead of me but handled everyone with courtesy.he switched my contact.List over.in less then 3 min and had Me out the door with new pHone screen protector placed on and a phone bill 100$less per month.now as far as service I've had the phone 3 weeks and I've had a.constant and strong 4g signal im a driver and use my gps constantly and the gps works great. The battery life is excellent i use three phone non stop all day and Get a full 10-12 hours of battery life. I highly recommend their service if your in the nj,pa,ny, Area

Worst Service Ever!By fairness123, posted: Mar 22Cheap but worst service ever. You will bleed out of frustration getting any assistance with MetroPCS. Its representatives are rude and sound worn and tired. You will not get any decent help from them. I have an autopay for this account which was a great mistake. They charged my autopay, then terminated my phone. Who does that? That is just really stupid. So, I paid again just so I can have a connection back. Later I tried to question them for the double payment and all I got was this indescribable rudeness from an even more stupid representative. So, now I just terminated my account...finally!!!! enough of this morons. Do not ever sign up with this company.

MY EXPERIENCEBy Kelice Bays, posted: Feb 22i ordered my first MetroPCS phone thinking the company would be great. Little did i know how terribly wrong i was! This phone company is horrible! When i first got the phone i thought it was great and worked well. However , overtime the phone began to constantly freeze and lag. I also find that i cannot do the things that i wanted to do with the phone. I think the reason that this company doesn't allow contracts is because it is terrible and they know they're costumers will get bored easily and leave! I would NOT recommend this phone company if my life depended on it! It is so horrible! I do however commend the company for finally getting better phones and updates! Although that is great , i do not plan on purchasing another phone from this company EVER! I do not recommend you even wasting your time with this company. I have always voiced my opinion on how much i dislike this company and will continue to do so! If this was a good company i would speak very highly about it! However , i just do not see it and think this company is not very good! I recommend you looking elsewhere for the phone you want! This company does not have your answer.

Online phone orderBy nikki12, posted: Feb 19I recently decided to switch phone companys due to the fact that metro is cheaper however i placed my order online since i couldnt get to a store my order went threw then was rejected. the next day i spoke with customer service and they said my address didnt match up on my card i spent 2 hours on the phone with them trying to fix this issue finally they redid the order and charged me twice for only one phone i called again and spent another hour on the phone they finally cancelled the order and put it threw again and told me that everything was fine and i should recieve my phone in a few days so i go online to track my phone it says its been rejected i call them back and they put the order threw again and now its rejected again i seriously am starting not to like this company it shouldnt be this hard to make a online order!!..wtf i was told this company is pretty good!...now i have to go back to at&t thanks alot metro idiots!
