Awesome service
By Margie Castille, posted: Jul 12I have been using Net10 for a couple of years now and I love it. I am now using the Samsung Optimus Net and it is awesome. The only complaint I have is that I work in a metal building and don't have service inside. I can live with that. When I switched from non-android to the android, I transferred my number and minutes and it went smoothly. I have not had any problems with customer service. They are great. - 3.3 overall
Absolutely fantastic
By Jenn Thomas, posted: Jul 12I've never needed to call customer service, so I can't respond to the complaints here. But I can tell you that Net10 gave me a voodoo phone. I haven't paid a dime for it since November 2011, and I get unlimited service every month. The coverage is better than T-Mobile and Boost in my area, and crystal clear reception. And did I mention I've had free service for the last seven months? - 1.3 overall
Bad Andriod Reception and poor service.
By Michelle Gilbert, posted: Jun 12I had a non-andriod net10 phone for about a year and was getting tired of it freezing and lagging and so on. I found a good deal and got the net10 lg optimus net. Great phone for about two weeks, then it started freezing and re-booting in the middle of phone calls. It also drops every single call I get with out fail. The activation process was super annoying, I had to go with out service for four hours. When I was so tired of not being able to make phone calls on my phone that I wanted to switch back to my old phone that lagged and froze just so I could actually make a single phone call I was told they would have to send me a new sim card, which would take between 5 and 7 days (of which I am assuming I would not be able to make any phone calls). Basically, I am guess that this is net10's way of forcing people to buy new phones. I am planning on switching my phone service the next chance I get. Lucky for net10, I'm broke, so that might not be immediately. - 1.0 overall
poor service
By Cathy Hughes, posted: May 12over the 8 months with net10 I got dropped twice once I paid by credit card but transation wasn't applied to my account; I then went to automatic credit card payments but the fine print did not explain roaming charges. Here I was out of states and suddenly with no phone trust me Net10 is no bargain..
1.0 overallPOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
By uplana, posted: May 12THEY WARN YOU THAT IT WILL COST YOU TIME FROM YOUR NET10 PHONE WHILE YOU ARE ON LINE WHILE TRYING TO GET THEM TO ADD THE MONTHS' SERVICE YOU HAVE PRE-PURCHASED. I HAD ENTERED MY PIN FOR MORE TIME AND GOT THAT BUT DID NOT GET CREDITED FOR ANOTHER MONTH SERVICE. ALL THE OF THIER STAFF WERE UNHELPFUL AND UNABLE TO FIX THIS COMPUTER PROBLEM AT THIER END. THEY HAD MY MONEY BUT I DID NOT HAVE ANOTHER SERVICE MONTH TO USE IT IN. ALL SERVICE TO FIX THIS KIND OF PROBLEM WAS JUST AS DREADFUL. STAY AWAY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE TALKING TO SERVICE PEOPLE WHO CANNOT HELP YOU WITH GETTING THE TIME YOU HAVE PRE-PURCHASED ON YOUR CARD.- 2.7 overall
Not good
By TELORMADE, posted: May 12It is cery upsetting that I have been a Net10 customer for the length of time that I have been and musch to muy dismay the inconvenience of my phone breaking I was not able to easily result backto my old phone with the wait for another sim card to come in the mail. Very disappointing furthermore having to deal with foreigners who apparently don't care whether I have a loss of service or not responded to me as if my continued service with this company was not of any importance. It should not be this hard to switch phones never mind the fact that I lost the contacts of my current phone due the screen disabling - 5.0 overall

much to my surprise...pretty cool
By LONGLAYD, posted: Apr 12I ditched my ever increasingly expensive T-mobile plan back in August and purchased a Net10 phone at 7eleven for $15. It got better reception, no dropped calls and it fit in my bra. After missing my smartphone for many months now(qwerty keypad), I saw on the website they offered T-mobile Sim cards for your phone. I got it for $15 and free 3 day shipping. Nervous as i was, I called today and it literally took an hour and a half with all the computer.problems....but, the thing actually works and i am back in my Samsung Galaxy S for $50/month unlimited. I am very surprised and happy. Now...if they can get their computers to run faster...
2.3 overallService OK, God help you if you need customer service or support!!
By Clark W. Griswold, posted: Apr 12This was my email complaint after several attempts to speak to somebody with a clue: I have had a Net10 phone since 2009. I ordered a new phone from your website on April 2 or so and never received it. The charge to my bank account disappeared and when I called your support people they had no record of anything and they maintained that my email address is invalid.....although it works just fine when I use it to access my account. I spoke to Sheena, who claimed she was a supervisor, and who maintained this was all my fault because she couldn't access my account because she couldn't get the email address right. I spelled it out to her 3 times but somehow that just wasn't enough. So I gave up trying to get any help out of her and I ordered the same phone for the second time on April 10. On April 12 I used the 'Track My Order' to check on it and the status was listed as 'Canceled'. I called earlier today and spoke with Noel about this and he could not give me any answers about anything, saying I need to call my bank because this order was allegedly cancelled due to a 'fraud' issue which he had no information about. I called my bank and was told there was no 'fraud' issue. So now I'm left with no recourse whatsoever in trying to get one simple phone from you people. I get no help, your support people are clueless and have no idea how to resolve this. Every suggestion I made was answered with a 'NO' we can't do that. It's pretty clear you people can't do anything. The reason I'm taking the time to write this is because up until now I haven't had any problems with your service. I just want a better phone. That's it. Sounds pretty simple, doesn't it? But it appears I'll have to go to another provider just to get a simple damn phone. So I want somebody who knows their ass from first base to call me and resolve this issue. I've been on the phone with your incapable support people 4 times so far and I'm no closer to getting another phone. All I've heard is how the support person can't do this or they can't do that and I'm telling you I want to hear from somebody in your organization who actually can do something. If you want my business to go somewhere else I can certainly do that but my travails with this abysmal customer service will be well documented. If you're going to be this combative and uncooperative with me I'm going to make sure people are aware of how incompetent you are before they waste any money.

Verizon owns them along with Straight-Talk and Tracfone LMAO I suppose you people think Verizon owns all the towers they use too, right? LOL You know it's really funny all the complaints about customer service. What company in the World has perfect customer service? Well for everyone dropping Net10 because they no not what they are talking about or how a cell phone works is the funniest of all LOL I've got multiple SIMS replaced, minutes, and phones.
