Hope that you do not have a problemBy Dwight Peck, posted: Apr 12With NTelos for 3 months when my Smartphone had a SOFTWARE Issue. 5 April they mailed the phone too about 10 days to get to the service center, and it is still there. 24 days and counting. Oh I pay for a smart phone and the loner is a old cell phone, lost all of my contacts, Before I had a phone issue Ntelos was all 5's but now that I have had a problem and still waiting more then 24 days for my phone they are WORTHLESS ALL ONES (1)s

Great customer service.The bad: Nationwide isn't always consistentSummary: Ntelos Frawg has lowered their rates recently to unlimited everything nationwide (for most part) for 45.00 a month. This rate is more competitive to straight talk and boost and offers just as much. Really enjoy my services with them.

The Desire is best phone on market, period. I am a truck driver and use all ove rcountry with no service problems . I would recommend Ntelos to anyone that is smart enough to do your homework and compare there plans to any othe plan out there . Mu fiance has the Motorola Milestone and love s it also.

Want penalty even idf they are unable to resolve issuesSummary: I complained about no reception at my house and they told me "sorry" can't do anything. You have to keep the service until the contract is over. They told me that it can't be resolved. I am stuck with the service and paying for the phones I can't even use. Went to the Ntelos after getting the phone and was told to wait until all the leaves from the trees are gone to get better service.

Dont Wait GET IT NOW Best Service 5/5By preston surface, posted: Jun 10The good: My family and I have had nTelos for about 13 years and have always had good luck. We had them when they were called INTelos wich was long ago. You get service just about anywhere. The costumer service is in the united states so your not talking to some weirdo. The people at the store are very polite and caring. Handset insurance is decent 4/5. Now to the prices 5/5! The bad: Phone selection is not the best and the Andriod phones available are not the best aka: The HTC hero or the Zero as I call it. If you have a contract and during it you get a better phone they make you pay $16 to swap for the new one.Summary: Overall I would recommend nTelos to anyone due to the nation wide coverage. I got coverage in parts of Cancun and Paris. So that tells you somthing.

i even get service at my friends house where he cant get service with at&tThe bad: Out in wva on vacation... my friend with at&t got service, but i didnt... also, it isnt really a supported carrier to say, vote on american idol, or get facebook mobile on a non smartphone...Summary: Overall Ntelos has good coverage and great prices and deals... they are getting better phones over time... CDMA tech. is steadily going out of date though.. and companies like at&t are the way to go.

I have had many problems with my phones and nothing is ever done. I currently have a blackberry curve that i have had nothing but problems out of. I am a little over one year into my contract so i am out of warranty, and now they could care less if my phone is fixed or not. i called in today to try to get a problem resolved and by the time i was done i had been one the phone for fourty minutes and all they got accomplished was making me lose everything on my phone, telling me that my phone could not be fixed, and telling me that my only options were to A: do an insurance claim ($100) B: buy a new phone at retail price (well over $400) or C: deal with it (priceless). So after five years of service they will not work with me or try to help me at all. Thank you Ntelos, thank you.

Sales Dept. Is fantastic.....AWESOME DEALS!!!!The bad: 24 Customer Service/TechSummary: I'm a real problem customer.....I've destroyed 3 blackberry curves since my account opened in September....nTelos has replaced it 2 times......my stupid tail didnt get insurance and every time sales has replaced it for free...this time I paid full retail and they still found me a deal ....on this the 3rd blackberry....starla is awesome...ask for her.....not only have they replaced out of warranty and non insured phones they were helpful and friendly!!
Excellent coverage and great data speeds.....ALL over hampton roads....I dont do much traveling but Im thrilled with my local coverage coming from VZW I feel the coverage is better than VZW....plus I get the satisfaction of knowing Im supporting a Virginia Business.
They also have some fantastic devices releasing in 2009-2010 like the htc hero and blackberry tour!!!
Try em out you get a 30 day and I think youll like em alot...great prices good support and helpful sales & tech staff

Good Service, Bad With SmartphonesBy Tyler Lewis, posted: Sep 09The good: You get an english speaking person when calling tech support, customer service was great.The bad: Blackerry worked for crap, Techs couldnt figure out the problemSummary: I had them for less than a week. I got a Blackberry Curve and at first loved it. Fast forward 3 days. The internet quit working. Called Techs and they said that it was on my end, and to make sure I had a good signal. I went to the base of one of their towers and it wouldnt access the internet except very intermitently. If you need a basic phone they're great! if you want a smartphone, go elsewhere.
