VERY BAD AWFUL
By Slavica Jovanov, posted: Jun 15T-Mobile made me pay $122 for using t-mobile for 5 days its ridiculus . I was their customer for 10 years and i was playing hundreds of dollars and they suck. If UR rich go for t-mobile but if UR average go to a different company. I canceled and they keep charging fees . - 1.0 overall
Worst of the worst
By Bharat Trivedi, posted: Jun 14They made me sign a contract by giving me 2 new samsung galaxy 4 for $75 and rest in installment. The phones never made it but yes they say contract holds. I have the whole thing recorded planning to upload it to youtube so that everybody knows their double standards. - 1.0 overall
Paid ful price for an iPhone 5 and now I'm told that they cannot not unlock it
By Junior Francois JayKeyz, posted: Jun 11This is the WORST, I mean the WORST company to deal with. I bought an iPhone 5 and paid the down payment of $248 then I would be paying $20 per month for 24 months until I finish paying for the phone. The full price for the was $680 for tax. We decided to leave T-Mobile because their service was horrible. We passed the 14 day buyers remorse had to pay full price for the phone. I was told that as soon as I pay the balance they would unlock the phone for me. Well people, as soon as they transferred me to the unlocking department, I was told that this phone cannot be unlocked unfortunately. Now I am left with a phone that I paid full price for useless. BE AWARE of T-MOBILE. - 1.0 overall
Service is HORRID
By Nic TheDragonslayer, posted: Jun 8I contacted your company as a new customer last week & my experience has been horrid!! I ordered a three line contract family plan. When I spoke to a customer service representative I was told that 4G was available in my area, I could transfer and keep my old number & that I would get a discount for transferring from another company. The phones were sent to the wrong address. Luckily I was able to retrieve them. You mistakenly sent six phones instead of three. You signed me up for and charged me for five lines instead of just three. I only have 2G in this area. Every time I try to go online the status bar shows that it's loading then after five minutes I get a message that I have internet connection. My number was changed even though I was told it would remain the same. I was not able to make a call, get online or text after activation and charging. The only reason I chose this company is because you had the cheapest price for a family plan. But I can see you truly do get what you pay for. This has been the worse experience!! - 1.0 overall
lmao... its all true
By Da Ve, posted: Jun 5Been with Tcrap for a decade now, had million problems. Phones were problematic and replaced several times within the two years @ our expense even when we paid for insurance. On top of this we complaint @ the bbb and resolved nothing. Now I been waiting for an extra 30min for the manager to call me back. My contract is up and the want to charge us 20 bucks more for unlimitted late text msg. If you can switch out, the headaches, the waiting, the disrispect and the bs is not worth my care. By far, the worst company I have ever paid for service.

Loyal customer for 10 Years? Get treated like an idiot
By Gina Viscogliosi, posted: Jun 3I've been a loyal customer for 10 years. I have a phone that's been replaced due to it being garbage. I am willing to upgrade and pay for it. I'm willing to pay my rightful bill. I am not willing to pay the remaining $150.00 for this phone that doesn't work. At all. They want to give me a 3rd phone that is exactly the same. Or upgrade and give me $25.00 because that's all the phone is worth. What a shady company. Do not go there! Treated me like I'm a complete idiot. I can do math. It doesn't add up. Spent over 3 hours on the phone. Fail. - 1.7 overall
TMobile made us pay for their mistake
By Peter Turner, posted: Jun 3Our organization ordered an upgrade device (TMobile now makes everyone pay full price for the phone) and then shipped it to an incorrect address on the other side of the country, They said well we shipped it and it was delivered so now it's your problem. They told me I would have to pay for a second phone and I had no choice but to do so. They made a mistake in shipping it to the wrong address and then I had to pay for their mistake. We are looking at getting away from TMobile, this experience was completely unacceptable and demonstrated a lack of care or consideration for us as a loyal customer with a large business account. - 4.7 overall

IF YOU LIKE T-MOBILE BUT WANT A BETTER PLAN & CHEAPER PRICE, I FOUND IT!
By John Phong, posted: May 31I had been with T-Mobile for 4 years and I never had any major trouble. I have had phone problems but that is because of the phone itself. Customer service and reps have been good to me. BUT I am fed up with the contract and the price. I have found a company that uses the same exact service and shares the same towers as T-Mobile but I pay $49 for unlimited everything and I have 4gb data, not the 500 MB T-Mobile is offering on their $50 no contract unlimited deal. Also I have as much data as their $70 plan. I use to have only 2.5gb now I have 4gb no contract and I love it! please email me jpsolavei84@gmail.com and I can help you do the same!
