By fritzsmom, posted: Nov 12STAY AWAY FROM T-MOBILE AT ALL COSTS! I AM DEALING WITH SEVERE MEDICAL ISSUES REGARDING MY MOTHER AND I NEED TO BE ABLE TO MAKE WHATEVER CALLS REGARDING HER CARE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION. NOT POSSIBLE WITH T-MOBILE. I WAS JUST ON THE PHONE WITH 2 DIFFERENT BUSINESSES, IF BOTH CALLS WENT FORWARD WITHOUT BEING DROPPED MULTIPLE TIMES, THESE CALLS COMBINED WOULD HAVE LASTED NO MORE THAN 4 MINUTES. DURING THESE CALLS, I EXPERIENCED 5 DROPPED CALLS AND THEN MY PHONE FROZE UP TWICE. I GET DROPPED CALLS DAILY, MULTIPLE TIMES. I AM GETTING RID OF THEM ASAP BECAUSE I CAN'T HELP MY MOTHER WHO IS ON A VENT BECAUSE OF THIS SERVICE. I SHOULD SUE THEM! THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS BS! NONE WHATSOEVER. AND THE SAD THE THING ABOUT IT, THE ONE PERSON I SPOKE WITH HAS T-MOBILE AND GUESS WHAT: SHE EXPERIENCES DROPPED CALLS DAILY ALSO. I AM SO THANKFUL I AM NOT UNDER CONTRACT WITH THIS CRAPPY COMPANY! STAY AWAY! STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY! I AM SEEING RED RIGHT NOW. HOW CAN I GET THINGS DONE FOR MY MOTHER LIKE THIS? I CAN'T!!! MAYBE I CAN BORROW A NEIGHBOR'S CELL PHONE. SAD WHEN YOU HAVE TO RESORT TO USING OTHER PEOPLE'S PHONES DON'T YOU THINK?!?!?!?!?

By tmobilesuckssssss, posted: Nov 12Customer service sucks. i asked to transfer my phone number from another provider to t-mobile and the customer service just PLAINLY RUDE. He yelled at me at the phone and talked to me as if i were a 5 year old. in the middle of the phone conversation it even hung up. I would NOT choose this provider, worst decision in your life! And coverage is really bad too- 5.0 overall

By Marlon Elias, posted: Oct 12I enjoy you unlimited all and text to any network for one month , and add 10 dollars to make it internaional. I also enjoy that they don't have the monthly contract, and you can just renew your plan whenever you have the money, unlike any other network that will charge you even though your not using it. I just have a few request, can you also include the Philippines for unlimitted call and text, and also I would like to ask if you have a sim card that I can use to my iPad2. Service isn't good, Customer service is Horrible.

They use to have good Customer service, Now they don't care, they are rude on the phone, and you can tell there service is just going down hill. I recently have moved my business to a new location and i dont get service there. I have repeatively called T mobile to try and fix it but they tell me they cant and wont help me. They cant give me the service I have to have for my work but they wont let me out of my contract to get a phone service. The Man helping me name is Matt A ID# 1049798 - 1.0 overall

I guarantee you if you call these idiots you will be transferred at LEAST 3 times and then most likely hung up on! I have a Tmobile 4g hotspot... first chance i get, it's gone and I will go with a service that doesn't treat you like dirt under their fingers! - 1.0 overall

I am contract free and I tried to downgrade to remove data from my plan, and they say that if I want to do that, I have to pay more money. Yeah the phone lives through being thrown around, but that is pointless if customer service sucks. All their pamphlets tell you about a plan that they no longer offer! Why keep them around then if you can't have that prepaid plan? I wish I had switched to something else. - 1.0 overall

Last month i paid my bill (Zero balance) and this month I called to pay my bill only to find out my bill is $235.00. According my contract states i need to be charge a month in advance, but none ever mention it. I am so upset cause noe i have to wait until this blood sucking contract is over. Don't know what do to. All these phone companies are frauds with hinding fees and the customer are the one paying for it. Someone needs to do something. - 1.0 overall

By Huey Lin, posted: Oct 12I signed up a two year contract broadband service a while back. Somehow, they decided to raise my bill $5 per month after one year. They are not able to adjust the rate back in their system to what I was promised as the contract. I have to call them every billing cycle to correct it. Finally, two years almost over, I was told I have to wait till exactly one month before the contract ends to call in to cancel as they can't put cancellation ahead of time. Finally, I wait till exactly one month before my contract ends to request for a cancellation. This time she said, there will be an early cancellation fee because my billing cycle is not the same day as my 2-year contract ends date. Say what??? T-mobile just wants to suck as much blood as they can before they let you go. I will not sign another contract with them EVER!!!

By cmegokgb, posted: Oct 12I have made several payments to T-Mobile, which they did not credit my account, I have talked to who knows how many people at T-Mobile about this and sent letters with copy of payments, a year later they still can not get this account correct. We are no longer with them, and Still getting letters about this bill, I just resend all the payment info to them and the credit bureaus. They certainly do not care about their customers. The worse carrier and service I have every seen.
