Syuped insuranceBy katekurochkina, posted: Jul 13Somebody stolen my phone yesterday! But I still have insurance till 23th July 2013! And it's covered this trouble!!!!!!!!!! BUT --- when I call to customer service - they give me information that my insurance was canceled!!! It's really bullshit - because I have the paper where I can see that it's still working!!! Insurance company don't see my insurance at all!!! The guys at the store also see my working insurance ( 5555 W ATLANTIC BLVD, MARGATE, FL 33063, 954-975-8682)! But nobody wants to help me - they tell me that it's my trouble and they don't want to help me!!!! Someone on the line told me - I can deleted your insurance and give you back 11$!!!!!!!!! Are you fucking serious?! Give me back my money for phone!!!!!!!!!!! I really will go to court!!!!!!!!! And they give me money for moral damage too!

Record all calls with t-mobileBy Jerry Quintana, posted: Jul 13or they will deny ever verbal promise they make to you. about 23 days into my contract I noticed that my used minutes were almost 1000, I called T-Mobile and told them that this was due to almost all calls from my home being dropped due to poor reception. they agreed to increase my minutes to 1200 presumably while they tried to improve reception. when I got my billing statement they changed my plan to unlimited calls (without ever contacting me) and then to add insult to injury they charged me $400 in migration fees (for 2 phones). when I threatened to dispute the charge with my cc company, they removed them but changed my plan where I could only use data with a wifi connection (or receive new emails. I am tring to find an attorney to help me drop T-Mobile, but they have a mandatory arbitration clause on the back of their contract (in small print) that can only be cancelled within 14 days. don't sign up with T-Mobile if you have to have a contract.

I have been Tmobile customer for 5 years and here is my opinion.First of all i had 4G network, which is surely not 4G, since its a lot a lot of slower its more little bit better version of 3G. Second, they just want to tip you off. In those 5 yrs i always had sue little problems . I would get bill of $200 and than find out they mistakenly charged me extra for msgs, even tho i had them unlimited in my plan. Furthermore, my bills were crazy i had plan of $85 and needed to pay $120 for God knows what since they always had some lame explanation and fees to be added. I guess they always find a fool to milk as much money as they can. I went to Europe last year, and froze my service for 3 months. I specifically asked that need my cell to function the day am back so i can contact my boss upon my arrival at the airport since i was bringing his child back with me for God sake. That of course did not happen. I called and once again they charged me extra $75 for re connecting my cell, that fee they never ever mentioned when i spoke with one of their representatives on Monroe and State location. ON top of that they charged me for extra month since my billing cycle begun when i left. I also asked that once i was at their store, since i had that problem before and the person working at the store told me to pay everything i have before leaving for my vacation. I did it! Still after returning they charged me for bill i never spend plus reactivation fee.The last but bot least, i was sick of their very poor service, loosing my network where am working and shit like those so i switched to AT an T.Now they won't me to pay $200 for cancelation fee. Its fine i agree to that. Also, need to pay $97.04 last bill which i also agreed to. However, they of course found 100 more bucks to charged me for, since my billing cycle had already begun. Its bullshit and i won't pay for it. I canceled my account on 25th of May, they note i did it on JUly 20th. First story was that i did not cancel my account till July 20th, when i had all info down and person name i spoke to they said will call back in few hours. Called twice after that waiting for them to solve an issue that appear.I assume they needed to come up with the new story to tell.I called today and new story is my cycle already begun when i canceled my account. Anyhow i gotta give $100 more to pay for someone lunch i guess. Im extremely happy i got rid of Tmobile. I will tell this to all of my friends, family who might want their service. They do not care of loosing customers anyway so it won't bother them. I DO NOT recommend their service to anyone at all.

Always try different reps to achieve your goalBy Michael Jaroszek, posted: Jul 13I had 86$ in texting charges, first rep wanted to cut those by 20$, I refused, second couldnt help me at all, third refunded all those charges with ought too much hassle... They don't have best coverage but for sure you cannot beat their prices.

Horrible reception and only promises to fix... for two years!By Brad Fn, posted: Jul 13It's so painful to do business with big corporations these days. T-Mobile's business model is obviously dishonest, deceptive, and predatory. We've been strung along by so many promises, when in the end it's obvious they never intended to change anything. I would like to cost T-Mobile as many clients as I can! Please don't use T-Mobile.

Horrible customer serviceBy Tiarra Watson, posted: Jul 13I was told I could cancel my account with at&t to transfer to t-mobile only to find out my phone was still locked and could not be unlocked by at&t or t-mobile because I was still under contract and could not get another phone from t-mobile with out coming out of my pocket. SUCKY CUSTOMER SERVICE! whatever happened to making the customer happy?

Dont do it!By Nicole Peraino, posted: Jul 13Ill keep it brief. One year in and 5 phones down and all they keep doing is sending me phones that break down. Keep in mind that I purchased a $300 smartphone Im even considering paying the huge contract elimination fee so I can be free of this hassle. Imnot a complainer but if someone asked me I would say pay a bit more a month at a different network and do not do Tmobile.

i hate t-mobile, its been the worst 3 years of my life with them!!!!!!!By Helena Payne, posted: Jul 13I have been with t-mobile now for 2-3 years and every year something goes wrong, i have been hung up on about 5 times, i've been lied too that many times i cant even keep count, ive been spoken to like rubbish and even had one of the customer sevice rep have a go back at me, ive had outstanding charges that havent been explained to me and never be returned to me, one person telling me one thing then another telling me something completely different altogether. this is my advise to people who want to go with t-mobile please dont because you will be ripped off by them you will been spoken to in a horrirable manner by them and you will never get through to a manager and when you do they will hang up on you and so will the customer service people and they will never tell you the truth because they will just say i don't know who you spoke to and make out their dum and they ain't please please please NEVER go with t-mobile!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CancelationBy Paige Andrews, posted: Jun 13I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for over 5 years. When people asked who my cell phone provider was, I proudly said T-Mobile. I had great cell service at times when others in my party couldn’t get reception. I was happy and willing to recommend T-Mobile to my friends. I had a plan that had one to two additional lines as I was happy to have my friends and family with me in this service. Recently, I had to leave T-Mobile to join my parents’ family plan due to price. I would have gladly stayed with T-Mobile because I was happy with their cell service, but I had to pare down my bills and so joined my parents’ plan with another carrier. That’s where T-Mobile let me down. I contacted customer service three times to verify the end dates of my two lines of service. I determined that I could not wait until the contract ended on my line of service, but that I could wait until the other line ended. I switched and was shocked at what happened to me. I was charged for a full month of service, which I did not get. I was charged a cancellation fee for my line, which I expected. I was charged a $50 cancellation fee for my second line of service. I waited to switch until this line had ended. I believed the agents who gave me the end date for this service. Now after I’ve switched, the customer service agents I’ve talked to have told me a different date for the contract end date on this line. Is that fair? Should I be charged for a full month of service that I didn’t receive? Because I had switched service, I could not view my account online. Now I’m being told that T-Mobile customer service can’t do anything for me because my bill has been published. I couldn’t see my bill to call to dispute until I received it in the mail. Is that fair? I would recommend that anyone looking at T-Mobile as their cell phone provider carefully research and review feedback on T-Mobile. I have found that you can’t believe what you hear from T-Mobile representatives. Remember, this is from someone who was a loyal and happy T-Mobile customer. Think what they would do to someone new to their service.
