Lies and ThievesBy Kris Curry, posted: Jul 15We came to T-Mobile looking for pre-paid wireless hot spots. They told us that no such thing existed, even though they advertise it all over the place. They said the only option was to go with a pay as you go plan, and that they were having a special deal that means we would only have to pay for activation and nothing else for the first six months of use (we only had to pay extra if we exceeded 1 gig of data). It sounded great. When we got the first bill it had all of the activation fees, which was expected. The second bill however, had a $10 charge for each line. Which was something they said would not happen. We went back into the store, who told us that it was out of their hands, that we had to talk to customer care. The horribly rude people at customer care did not, in fact, care at all. They said that the charges were legit, and that is what we had signed up for. The people in the store just shrugged, so we cancelled the line. NEXT MONTH we got another bill, even though they told us that for our inconvenience the would wave the prorated charges. I called again, and I didn't know what to expect. They were even more rude and blatantly lied to me until they had frustrated me sufficiently enough to just hang up. That is how they make their money. They lie to you, and charge you for things you do not even have. When you tell them you purchased something different, they just tell you that you are wrong, and shrug. Then they take your money and shit on it.

StinksBy Kate Girup, posted: Jul 13I have been with TMobile for approximately 16 years. I did an upgrade 6 months ago and also got the WiFi hot spot to use in my home. The hot spot would only go to 2G. It had to be shut off. Customer service said the area I live in is not incorporated enough in their coverage area. I updated again to the Galaxy s5 and the phone would not work at all at my house. Another call to customer service. She asks me to put my phone on wifi calling. That service is through sprint and works great. So TMobiles fix for me was to use Sprint service and pay for both them and Sprint even through they are supplying Nothing to me. By using my wifi for tmobile phone calls my bill will double.

The worst customer service everBy Rachael Johnson, posted: Jul 11I have had my Lg G2 phone replaced 3 times with a 4th phone on its way and T-mobile can care less about the problems and there is nothing more they can do for me .We have been with this company for 15 years and use to love T-Mobile because of there service . No it is so crappy we are looking to switch to another . Such a shame how horrible they have got with customer service since they switched to the no contact deals .

Works for meBy Jerry Owens, posted: Jun 29AT&T, Verizon, Sprint...I've tried them all. They gave decent service, but at a cost! Which kept increasing with almost each billing. Recently, due to medical problems, I looked for ways to cut back. With T-mobile I am paying about 3/5's of my previous bill, with no contract. After a small problem switching over, mainly AT&T's fault, I've been quite satisfied with the service for the last 7 months, and the monthly charges have remained steady. No dropouts, clear reception, and I only loose 4g in heavily walled-in areas. All in all, I am quite satisfied.

No to T-Mobile!By Brian Schmitz, posted: Jun 25Do not get 'bait and switched' into any sort of T-mobile plans. I rolled over from Verizon with T-Mobile's advertisement that buys you out of your existing contract. I have 5 devices on my account and went from paying 287 through Verizon to what I was told was going to be 240 through T-Mobile. I knew T-Mobile's coverage wasn't as good as Verizon, but was going to live with it to save $47 per month/564 per year. For whatever reason, my bill is now 275/month so I was lied to about the cost of T-Mobile. I've spent a couple hours on the phone with them trying to figure out why it's more expensive than what they told me to no avail. I finally was transferred over to their loyalty department and they aren't able to help me on the price either, so I guess their loyalty department only works when somebody is ready to leave T-Mobile....and I can't really leave them unless I want to pay for all of these devices so I'm out of luck! Also, they messed up transferring my lines over, so I was blessed enough to spend 4 hours on the phone fixing the mess. Now that we have had the phones for a couple months, we find out their coverage map is very deceiving. While traveled regionally, we've come to realize internet service is pretty spotty and phone service is also spotty in smaller/medium sized towns. If you zoom in on their coverage maps it shows their true coverage, which is horrible. VERIZON COVERAGE MAPS DO NOT LIE, and I basically always had service wherever I went unless I was in a remote area fishing. Full disclosure....I didn't get sold my T-Mobile plan from any store. We were screwed by their customer service/salesman by phone. I'm only writing this review here because T-Mobile service is horrible and I wouldn't want anyone that I care about to go through what I'm going through.

RIPOFF! DONT SWITCH WITH THEM!!!!!!!!By Lizzy Garcia, posted: Jun 20THey had promised me that each phone line would be like $30 each if I added 3 people on my line. Which I agreed cause it sounded too good to be true. So I went ahead and did it, but this was the worst decision ever! At first I was paying $130 for the first few months, then after that out of nowhere they started adding all these nonsense fees that blew my bill way over the top to $380 a month! I always call t mobile like twice a month and they just started making up stuff. Anyways long story short, a week ago I paid $200 then in a couple of days from now i HAVE to pay another $200 for my late month, THEN 2 days from that my bill is due for $380 bucks! Just for 3 lines. Thats a total of $780 bucks this whole month! My car payment is less than this crap. I do not recommend!
