Remorseful over believing Buyers RemorseBy Kate Uraneck, posted: Apr 15I purchased an iPhone 5s to try the service being told that buyers remorse would allow me to return the phone and get refund if I didn't like the reception. I ended up not wanting the service, but the store wouldn't take phone back because it had been shipped to me. I shipped using their label via USPS. From then on it has been endless calls with no resolution. They won't cancel my service, they can't find the phone, they keep telling me they have to research it, and every time I call them I have to go through the entire process of telling the entire story over and over again. It has been six weeks since I shipped the phone back and no resolution.

Ignorant workers and Unprofessional ManagerBy Lindsay Tatum, posted: Apr 14I love my phone and granted the service has its moment but overall I'm happy with it, however I am not happy with the store, if you live in Arizona I highly recommend you do not go to the Tmobile in Tempe Market Place located in Tempe. My phone had been shut off due to partial payment so I call to get it back on because I get paid the next day. Well comes to find out they would of turned them on and were willing to work with me however, they could not identify me because apparently the last 4 digits of my social were incorrect and there was no way of identifying who I am. I was told well you have to go into a store show them your I.D and Social card and then you can call back. Frustrated as all hell, I call the store I originally set up everything in, and ask to speak to the manager. They put me on hold after mumbling they were putting me on hold and say oh well they stepped out, can I take a message so I give them my info and guess what? I'm still waiting. Not sure if their manager stepped out and forgot to go back to work or what. Its irritating because my mine and my boyfriends phones would of been back on today if not for this and I have a busy schedule and now I have to drive to the store and tell them to fix it, wondering how in the world does someone mess up a social isn't that something really important? Or so I thought. Its not my fault they screwed up, but yet Im the one who gets punished. I feel as if the place is ran by children, just because of the lack of customer service they give and how unprofessional they talk while in store and mess up something so simple but yet so important as a social. So in the end what I'm thinking is if I wanted to leave tmobile and sell my phone that I'm technically financing I could because it'd screw someone else's credit. Not saying I am but you can see how important this mess up is and how frustrated I am that my phone is still off and I have the inconvenience of having to go in the store because they can't stop being children and focus on doing there jobs.. THANK YOU TMOBILE FROM TEMPE MARKET PLACE YOU GUYS ARE SO FRICKING AWESOME I HOPE YOU ALL GET FIRED <3 Sincerely, A person with many years of customer service who will not stand to be treated like shit when I give you so much money a month. P.S step it up, and no one go there.

TMobile is deceptive and the service is below zero Have you switched and regret it!By Connie White, posted: Apr 12Sign and Share www. goo.gl/frArXp TMOBILE successfully added 4.4 million customers to it's network in 2013 while boasting lower cost cell coverage, no contracts and better upgrade options! While I realize those claims do not mention good service is should be a given. While this sounds all wonderful it is not until you switch and realize the cell coverage is substandard that you realize what a terrible mistake it is to move. If Tmobile want's to run with the big dogs they should offer services to match! While I knew within 24 hours of making the switch the services was not half as good as AT&T for my business. I was stuck because TMOBILE had already gotten rid of the phones that were traded in. I was told they could not get them back. Thus leaving me no other option but to stay with TMOBILE unless I wanted to come out of pocket thousands of dollars to return to AT&T! Ultimately I had to switch all 9 lines over. I know there are countless others that have been wronged by the unethical practices TMOBILE has incorporated. What's worse is the company and its reps take no ownership in resolving any issues. This is an assumption but it seems like they are aware consumers are stuck well anyone who came over with the Jump program for two years so they have no desire to resolve any issues. Help me and countless others get a resolution to this problem. This is my story... I switched in January and have had horrible services if they work at all. I have called in weekly since I switched for one issue or another. Hours of my time wasted. No one ever takes ownership and stick with my problems to the end. I have had two reps say that they would only to never here from them again and by not having anyway to contact them unable to call them on it. Many of my problems have yet to be resolved or the band-aid solution is inadequate for long term services that you expect to be paid for. I knew within 24 hours the services were substandard compared to AT&T in my market area. However when I went in to get my phones back so I could walk away within the 14 day time period. My phones were gone. CSR reps have told me I was a liar services work fine only to have a CSR tell me the next day they could not help me because I was cutting in and out so bad. Mind you...I was calling from the same location that the call was placed the previous day. On one line I was told there was nothing they could do to get service and we had to deal with it. Although prior to switching to tmobile we were told St. Joesph had good cell service. MMS messaging does not work while on wi-fi yet when on data it's hit and miss once the high speed data is out. T-Mobile's csr's solution pay for unlimited data for a service that should be covered on a unlimited basis. The iPhone 5s that does not have unlimited data is removed from data all together once the allotted data threshold is reached. Now the LG G2 is not getting ANY messages without turning off LTE switching to GSM rebooting and then turning back on LTE. A trick I was told to do to receive mms messages on the galaxy note 3 prior to switching to unlimited data. SHOULD SOMEONE HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL THOSE STEPS TO RECEIVE A MESSAGE? This phone has unlimited data and is never on wi-fi and is now having the same problem. Out of NINE LINES 7 our having issues and the only reason the other 2 are not is probably due to the fact they are not utilized much. I know others have ran into problems after switching and our not happy.

Phone Service SUCK SUCK SUCKBy Thu Bui, posted: Apr 8Yes, their monthly plan is much cheaper but if you're use to fast internet service, you will be so annoyed of their slow internet service. Not to mention you'll get disconnected more than once while talking on the phone.

Great Company, no problems.By Sarah Flandro, posted: Apr 7I'm actually really surprised that T-Mobile is getting bad reviews on this site. It has great reviews on most other phone sites. They always have the newest phones available, they have competitive pricing, and their customer service is GREAT. They all speak perfect English and are super helpful. I called them asking to get a couple extra days to pay my bill, and they gave me 10 days with no problem. I love T-Mobile.

Worst to almost no serviceBy me you, posted: Apr 7thought we would switch to t mobile to save some money. huge mistake cost us far more in the end to get out of it. the absolute worst phone service we have ever had in any phone. non stop dropped calls, calls that never actually came through but went to voice mail. my mother was on our plan too her phone never worked at her home although everyone else that went to her house with every other phone service worked with no trouble. their customer service is an absolute joke. they only know what the book tells them to say nothing else. i recently found out i have heart failure and need a new heart. so i call them and try to see if they would help us by at least by taking the phones back which were junk as well, back to take only partial off what we owed. i explained over and over to so many people that i had to have a phone i actually can recieve all calls. every person had the same text book answer. no compassion what so ever. the only answer i kept getting was, well we can have people come look at the tower. thing was we already had that done. the simple fact was they had horrible service in this area and turns out everyone else already knew that as well. so they obviouslly have no problems selling you there phones even knowing they have horrible service in that area. they may be cheaper when you look at their plans but thats exactly what you will get.

Once great, now terribleBy Jamers Hackson, posted: Apr 7I have been a loyal T Mobile customer for 8 1/2 years. I have had issues with my bill for over two months. I have spoken to four different reps about the same issue and have received four different answers that do not match. I think their customer service is sub par and am looking to other providers. Stay away from T Mobile. They have become nothing but terrible with customer service. I would rate them less than zero but the review will not allow it.

From customer service in and out of the store, phone issues, billing issues, random charges, attitudes, no sense of responsibility for their mistakes. All-in-all awful. I have tried all the phone providers. AT&T sucks, but I might have no choice. What a joke T-Mobile.

absolutely terrible!By Matthew Painter, posted: Apr 4Switching from att to t mobile was the worst decision I made. Nothing about them is right, they charge you more than you agree to, they will turn your service off when the bill is not do, without warning. I've been with them three months, and have had to call customer service 4 times, each time was bull crap, just more charges. Terrible company, they SUCK every which way possible, from where you get coverage, to what you pay, and never fix issue's. If your thinking of switching, DON'T!

I rank them below zero!!!!By Maria DeFilippis Paciona, posted: Apr 2Don't even go to them. They have that new thing where we will pay your fees for breaking contract, but don't try and leave them!!! They sock it to you with fees and their service was a big goose egg. I even got hooked into a scam getting crazy charges and call after call month after month they couldn't get rid of it. I was three months from contract end with consistent calls about no satisfaction and problems and they still charged me fees and sent me to collections over it and charged me more for the collection fee. Worst company ever!!!! Get out if you can! I will never not blast them to the public!!!
