By budgemundo, posted: Nov 12After being without a phone for 2 weeks waiting for a repair, the same fault ocurred the next week. T-mobile have now had the phone for a further 4 weeks and when I have tried to find out where they are up to with it, nobody knows. I have been on the phone for hours being passed from one call centre to the next. I finally thought I was getting somewhere yesterday when the girl ordered me a new phone, but the courier couldn't deliver it without taking my old phone (which T-Mobile still have) in exchange. A further hour on the phone today being asked the same questions as yesterday has confounded my misery. I'm off as soon as my contract's up! Shame on you T-Mobile, you are taking us all for mugs!- 1.0 overall

Knowledge-free customer service + secretive billing = F-
By John Granacki, posted: Nov 12I talked & chatted with THREE representatives but none knew a damned thing, so I had to figure out how to activate 4g service by trial and error. Then I got a notice that my bill is now available online; that was ten days ago, but site issues continue to hide everyone's bill details (they'll take my money, they just won't itemize what it's for.) I am very disappointed. This company is not ready to open its doors for business. I'm sorry I chose them. - 1.0 overall
One of the Worst Customer Service for any company!

They have the worst customer service and I told them I can' afford their data plan and they still won't take the data plan off my sisters line in my family account. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Berrau and they still won't help me with my problem. I highly reccomend staying away from this company and going to Sprint or another better company than them! - 1.0 overall
unbelievably...nightmarish

Now I'm curious to see how long it'll take. I'm going to call them every day just so I can write exactly how bad they are.

By B_white, posted: Nov 12When i was trying to Cancel my Service, Customer service gave me the wrong info about the last bill i was suppose to pay and ended up paying another month. When i tried to transfer my number, they hung up on me 3 times, smh. Customer Service is no help at all. T-Mobile sucks. If u stay in the South, the reception is gonna be really bad.

Everyone knows how bad their cell reception is, but the service is just as bad. I received a bill 4 times higher than it should have been. So lets add the fact that they try to scam their customers along with the poor reception and poor customer service and you have the trifecta. Please don't use this company. I did not heed the warnings from everyone else and I am literally and figuratively paying for it.- 1.0 overall
The most AWFUL phone company EVER!

I spent all night in a police office, and didn't have access to phone to cancel accounts. I luckily flew back home, and came to T-mobile the straight from the airport to cancel phone account. By the time I did it, people who stole my phone made $300 worth international calls. I had all the proofs of not being able to cancel accounts, not having access to phones (including written police report), and still had to pay $300 to T-mobile to start my service again. I spend hours and hours talking to all levels of T-mobile management that gave me no result. The worst experience ever!

By traveader, posted: Nov 12Used the prepaid 4G Monthly plan for only a month. Paid for the plan renewal two days before the due date. The online account shows the plan is renewed and I did get the activation text confirmation on the due date although it was not until 10am. Lost data service for three days and still counting. Was told they were upgrading their system on my account (?!@##), while the error message on my phone says I have to either renew the plan or upgrade to a plan with data service. Unfreakingbelievable.
