So-called tech support couldn't transfer my net10 number. I couldn't understand them, and they couldn't understand me. I am very dissatisfied!

If I could rate them as zero, I would. Somehow they signed my mother up for an automatic payment plan and said that it had been done by me . . . which it hadn't. They would not do anything for me and when they said they had cancelled the automatic plan (which was more than twice the minutes and 1/3 the time to use them) I went to the website and they hadn't done a thing. I un-enrolled my mother and we will be looking for a different option for her at the end of the month. DO NOT use this company. I will be making a complaint to the better business bureau in my state.

If there was ever a cell phone carrier that should be put out of business, this one is at the top of the list. It is run by South Americans where corruption is king.

canceling serivice

I have had the same issues as listed here. First phone we we got we had wonderful customer service. Had to get a new one and the employees were not capable of continuing the auto pay. Supervisor lied to cover the poor work of her employees. Spent 2 hours 4 times trying to fix problem. FInished with this company.

Bought their newest and best phone, the LG 840G. It would not send photos anywhere. Spoke to FOUR separate tech support people. They offered zero help; while courteous, they did absolutely nothing by way of guidance, suggestions or whatever. They simply listened to me state---and restate---the problem. When I sent a detailed e-mail to them asking for a refund on my phone, all they did was tell me to call tech support again. I replied that I had already spoken to FOUR different tech people, was tired of spending so much time stating and restating my problem, and I wanted a refund. Why should I believe that a FIFTH tech person would be able to solve my problem when all the first four did was listen to what the problem was? Their response, call tech support. Morale: sign up with a carrier which has brick and mortar stores that you can actually GO TO when something like this happens.

deteriation of service

I've had a tracfone for years. I even put up with techs with heavy accents. Today is the last day! No way to contact tech support, credit card won't work. Its was a good concept when it worked.

They LIe and SUCK

I called yet again today , as we had bought new phones . Everytime you buy a new phone , they cancel your family plan . Though they told me , because , I transferred our numbers , they would still be on the plan . That was a lie . When I asked to hear the supposed recorded conversation, they said there was no way to contact me to that department . They LIE to cover their asses ! This is the WORST phone service , I have EVER had ! This is not the first time they have jerked us around . Will be the last !

Took away minutes instead of adding minutes,,Crappy!!

I purchased a 60 min. card to get 90 days service .They took away 80 minutes and never would add my 60 plus 60 bonus.they added my 90 day extention.Supposedly was supervisor whom I talked to but was very adamant about not putting them on. I'm fed up with tracfone .I'm going to add their name again to BBB. we live on a fixed income but I'll budget for another phone system. We both have had them for 15 + years. They don't need us if they don't appreciate good customers.

I bought this phone to use in one of my small businesses and just have calls forwarded to another phone. They do NOT have call forwarding.STRIKE ONE. We needed to have the number ported over and it took a month to complete! STRIKE TWO. The service only worked intermittently. Every 2 or 3 days out of a week it did not work. Called and they assured me after spending hours on the phone that the problem was fixed. NOT. STRIKE THREE. To top it off, when I sent the phone back for a refund, they refused and said it was beyond the 30 days. I do not know how they can remain in business taking care of customers this way. Look somewhere else.

Worst phone i've ever had. Only get it if you're desperate

I'm a pretty simple person, and I don't usually get frustrated with companies. But this company is the worst run company i've ever encountered. From the first day I tried activating my phone there were problems. It took almost a month to get my phone activated with the right number. They sent me three different sim cards before one actually worked with the correct number. I've now been using it for about a month and today it was deactivated for no reason that I know of. I have now spent over 40 min on the phone (most of it on hold) trying to sort it out and the best answer the person could give me was... You have to get a new number, deal with it. And then I was put on hold for about 20 min until I finally just hung up. DO NOT GET THIS PHONE!
