Unique Features: SpeedTalk push-to-talk service;

Pros:   30 day guarantee, test their products, network, and customer service for 30 days with the option to cancel in dissatisfied.  Change your calling plan at any time during your service agreement without signing a new contract.  Customer can also renew their contract before their current contract is up while saving on new device offers.

Cons: Not available nationwide.

Technology Used: CDMA 1xRTT network.  Some legacy analog/TDMA sites are still active but US Cellular no longer activates analog or TDMA handsets.

Coverage: Regional coverage in the Pacific Northwest, Midwest, East, and Northeast

Customer Service: U.S. Cellular tied with T-Mobile and Verizon for the highest ranking in overall customer satisfaction in the North Central Region of J.D. Power and Associates' 2006 U.S. Wireless Regional Customer Satisfaction Index Study.
