I would suggest not purchasing this iteam because it is all around cheap. The silicone case is too thin of cover and arm band is too small for the average adult female.  poor product quality, weak, flimsy, cannot support weight of product, 2008-08-20
The product name is accurate, soft, flexible, etc. The tiny strap with Velcro that runs through the soft case to make it into an armband, coupled with the slim case, is a poor design. If you're doing anything that introduces any motion to the arm (jogging), this thing will flop around like it's trying to fly off. It doesn't feel even remotely secure. And it's only a matter of time before the soft flexible etc. case fails, and your overpriced accessory takes a dive.

I bought this because its cheap. Most of the other iPhone accessories are ridiculously expensive for what they are, so I decided to roll the dice with my $4... I've used this a few times now and I can say that it works fine, although the rubber is very thin, and when I am jogging with it on my arm it bounces around more than I would like. You can also use this without the arm strap, so it can double as a semi-protective case. All in all, its definitely worth the $3.97 + shipping. Works with iPhone 3G, 2008-07-31
I've been pleased with this product. It's not perfect, mine has a bit of a wrinkle in the silicone skin - but for $2 it does its job, I use it at the gym every morning.
I upgraded to a 3G iPhone and it fits inside this case, no slipping or shifting. I'm posting this review because I think some people might be curious about that. Nice arm band, 2008-04-10
This holds the phone just fine, but it's a little ugly. I use it when I'm riding my bicycle, and I like that I can wear the phone upside down so the speakers are close to me and I can hear music well - I don't like to wear headphones when riding in traffic.
