Pretty good, 2008-12-01
Bought this to pull photos off of two V300s. It worked for one, but not for the other. Perhaps it was a hardware problem on the phone itself, but the phone worked fine in all other respects, so who knows?
It talks, but not with NOTES, 2008-09-29
I purchased this product so I could download calendar entries into my Motorola L2 phone. Second use is to upload pix from my daughter's L6.
Warning - any Voice Name training you have done will be lost if you replace the addressbook with a download.
The communication (calendar w Outlook or for pictures) works fine with a PC at home. When I installed the product on my notebook at work, I found that it offered to link with Lotus Notes, which my company uses for email and calendaring. The calendar function does not work but that is probably because my company (large corporation) has modified the Notes system. The addressbook would have worked but I do not store cell phones in my Notes account.

I bought the phone tool package to do ONE thing. Copy ringtones from my pc to the phone. The icon for doing this is grayed out. Save your money. This was another looser product I bought from Amazon. Mr. Fred Koerner, 2008-03-11
