The LG VX8300 battery is great for someone who enjoys listening to music for extended periods. The extra bulk takes getting used to particularly if you carry the phone in a pocket but well worth it.

This battery seems to last forever and that is saying a lot as my daughter is constantly using her phone for texting. It will be fully charged in the morning and still have bars left at night. Completely happy with this product.

I bought this extended life battery on Amazon.com because my OEM battery that came with the phone was losing charge constantly after two years of normal use. I used to have to charge my original battery every couple days, but now I can go at least 4 days without charging the new extended battery with normal use. I only use my phone a few times a day, so I may not be using up as much power as some other people who make a lot of calls daily, but I suspect that people who heavily use their phone will get a solid three days of use before charging. The price on Amazon for this battery cannot be beat! I strongly suggest buying this battery if you have a LG VX8300, which is a very popular phone.

My LG cell battery started to die so when I was looking for a replacement I found out there were a few "sizes" to choose from. Some are different in physical size, needing a new battery door, while others are different in the amount of energy stored. This particular battery is larger on both counts. The supplied battery door fit well and the physical difference in size hasnt been noticable. The amount of time between charges has made a great difference. I've only had this for a week or so but I can now go days between charges.
