User reviews Great Headset, 2008-12-26 I drive a Semi-Truck for a living and need lots of volume coming from an earpiece to understand what people are saying and this headset puts the volume in your ear without going deep into the ear-canal. good deal for the price, 2008-12-19 works mostly without excess noise but sometimes too crackly to hear. Good value though Good on Motorola Pink Razr, Bad on IPhone 3G, 2008-12-16 The attachment design of the ear piece is flimsy. It can come apart very easily & you can lose the bluetooth if not careful. I am not keeping mine. Excellent Sound and Volume Level, 2008-12-16 This is a great headset. Clear sound and the ability to adjust the volume easily. The battery lasts a long time too. Works decently with a few quirks, 2008-12-11 Overall, the headset works well. Sound is good, it charges pretty quickly, and having the portable charger is nice. A couple quirks keep it from 5 stars though.
First, I don't like headsets that don't have an ear loop - they just don't stay in my ear. So I use the optional ear loop with this, but it's not the most comfortable thing - it's basically a thin band of hard, springy plastic. It does the job, but it really seems like an afterthought in the design.
Second, at times it seems to turn itself off, and not just because the battery loses its power. When you put it in the charger, that seems to turn it off for one, which is weird in itself. But it also just seems to turn off if unused for an amount of time (like a couple of days). Not necessarily a bad thing, but I don't remember reading about it in the manual.
