This product broke the first day I got it. The suction cup stopped working. It was not user error - it was a design or manufacturing defect.

I purchased this to hold my LG Voyager, because my Jeep Liberty doesn't have a place that allows me to display the phone well when I am utilizing the navigation function. This windshield mount works well, but when I am on excessively rough roads it will sometimes pop off the windshield. I have found that if you wet the suction cup a little and then stick it to the glass it will hold much better.
