I received the product and the software was just photos, not a download of Activsync so I had to go online to get it. Haven't tried the car charger yet, but I was disappointed in the purchase overall. At least it wasn't expensive!

I orderd this product and received it many days after I the expected time frame. The picture shows a CD with the USB drivers on it but that DID NOT come with my order. I purchased this particular one thinking that the CD would come with it. If I knew it didn't, I would have purchased a different one!!
