User reviews great idea poor function, 2009-01-07 At first I would have said awesome product. After a few days I began to notice that music would stop playing through headset while exercising with headset on. Sound quality excellent, not blasted loud but it blocks outside noise well enough that it does not have to be loud. The bluetooth phone function provides better sound that most to people on other end of call. The people I have called using other bluetooth headsets were surprised I was using one when calling with this headset. However, yesterday I lost another function I cannot use hands free option on headset, if I answer on phone it works ok but idea is to hit button on your ear to answer. I have tried unpairing headset to see if that would fix issue have hard reset phone, issue seems to be with the headset. Not as durable as I would have hoped from other reviews. Love them!!!!, 2009-01-06 I am a big gym rat and was given these for Christmas because I am always complaining about the wires on headphones. I got them and paired them with my Zune using a Sony bluetooth adapter. They paired up to the Zune and my cell phone easy.
I was really shocked at how well they sound. The sound is loud and clear. I have been using them with everything from my cell phone, laptop, Zune, and PSP.
They work just like they are said to with a cell and mp3 player. The only downfall for me is my Zune does not have a bluetooth adapter that can be plugged in to its sync connection so I cant control the Zune through the headset. But it works great with my cell and I can even watch my cell phone tv with them. The only thing that doesnt work is the internet videos through my cell phone dont support the device so you cant listen to internet videos on them. (ex: YouTube videos)
I did have one problem and had to send the first pair back. When I got them everything worked except the mic for your phone calls. You had to cup you hands around the mic side of the headset and yell into your hands for the other person to hear you. I got on Amazon and printed a label out to send them back and they sent me another pair out the next day before I had even got the broken pair in the mail to them. I thought that was great and made me happy that I didnt have to spend money sending them back and then wait for the next pair to arrive. This pair has been great and I love them. Great buy. Nice concept - terrible execution, 2009-01-04 The concept is great - so great that I was willing to give the product four tries. First replacement was under warranty, next 2 replacements on my dime. All four times the volume control stopped working within a month of purchase. If you find a volume you like, leave it there! Poor connection, 2009-01-04 I received the item quickly but it was not the best devise. It constantly loses connection with my phone. The signal breaks up making the sound quality horrible. Headphones didn't work, 2009-01-03 Did not work when it arrived. Would not charge and would not switch on. I have had to return to Amazon
