This is a "must have" for BlackBerry owners. Phone is easy to access and easy to drop in instead of fidgeting with the USB cord to insert in the side of the phone.

the pod is very functional, holds the phone in place very well, is made of sturdy components and is easy to use, just connect the USB connection and you're ready to go.

I'm completely satisfied. These are well made, have a little weight to them and do not knock over easily. What you see is what you get, just the charging stand. They come wrapped in bubble wrap and a thin plastic sheath. You need to supply your own mini USB chord to plug into the back of the unit (ie, use the one that came with your blackberry). Then just drop your Blackberry into the charger and the two prongs on either side touch the charging pads on the phone. The phone then goes into clock mode by itself. For bedtime, just open the context menu for the clock app and select "Enter bedside mode" and the phone will turn off the lighted keypad and mouse ball and dim the display.

For the price, I bought two of these units- one for my nightstand and one for my work desk. This keeps the phone fully charged most of the time- Excellent!

The dock itself is excellent. However, read the description carefully. It does NOT come with the power cord itself, just the dock. This was disappointing but the dock is well made.

First of all, let me say the Amazon is the BEST site on the entire net! Fast and efficient service ALL the time.. And if you have Prime?! DAMN!!!

Anyhow, the review. I was tired of using the standard cord to charge my BB. It looks so much better in a stand. Ordered the stand and received it in 2 days (thanks to Prime!).

Perfect fit for the Bold. Just rest it in the cradle and u're done. Obviously, as pointed out by other reviewers, the Bold is standing up in the base so it's possible for it to fall over but not on it's own!!

My only "little" disappointment is that the BB logo at the front of the base doesn't light up... (But that in no way affected my rating. I gave 4.5 because there's no such thing as a perfect product).
