User reviews Good stuff, 2008-11-14 No complaints with this purchase. The cradle can be a pain to put the phone in at first as you have to line up the USB port perfectly, but once you get used to it, it's not a problem. I use the car charger for both this and my Zen and it works well for both. The mini USB connector is starting to bend, but it still works fine. Both methods fully recharge my Mogul in about 3 hours.
I'm concerned that leaving the phone on the charger all day has ruined my battery though as it'll only run for 8 hours max on a full charge when I don't have any apps running. If I forget to kill Internet Explorer or Google Maps, for example, my battery will be gone in 3 hours. I know it's not recommended to keep it on the charger all the time but I didn't think it was this drastic. When I first got it, a full charge would give me 24 hours.
But overall, I'm happy with the product. I'm just a moron for leaving it charging all the time. Somewhat disapointed, 2008-08-11 Sprint HTC Mogul PPC-6800 PDA Accessory Bundle Kit- 2-In-1 USB Hot Sync Charging Cradle with AC Charger + Rapid Car Charger
I quess I can't complain too much, because as they say "You get what you pay for." $18.95 is not a bad price for a Charging Cradle and Car Charger, but this combo is a very light weight cheap plastic. The Charging Cradle works fine, but the Car Charger drains my cell phone battery, gets very hot and smells like it's burning. So I'm not very satisfied overall. Good Deal, 2008-04-08 For the price, it is a steal. Dock works well. Wall charger is also fine. Car charger seems to get very hot, even to hot to touch, but it doesn't really matter because I purchased this product for the dock alone and if it came with only that, still a very good deal. Other than that, I am completely satisfied with this product HATE Bargaincell - cradle is okay - LOVE Seidio's products., 2008-04-07 The seller's name should raise/have raised a humongous red flag -- with flares. You get what you pay for.
Seidio's products (and, NO, do not work there, have no friends who work there, have no stock (or any other interest) in the company) are unbelievably much better.
In addition, Seidio actually understands the concept of customer service. Bargaincell can't be bothered to return voice mails or reply to emails. You get a better response from a blank wall -- namely an echo. Good price, quick delivery, nice product, 2008-02-10 "Excellent product at a great price. Received package in 3 days along with a 20% discount coupon towards a purchase from the seller. I certainly will recommend this seller and the product!
