Contacted via thier web, email and fax refuse to send RMA to obtain refund. Have been reported now to Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission and Better Buisness Bureau in their state WA. Use parcel box location in Bellevue WA. If you dont beleive me "Try" to get someone from that company to contact you other then Email. RUN dont walk from them use another more reliable and crediable vender. Scammed me for close to hundred dollars. Weeks later still refusing to contact me with RMA, and just sending generic emails trying to push customer past 30 day deadling to return items as their site reports. STAY AWAY FROM BOXWAVE Works great, 2008-09-12 Protects my screen perfectly...be careful not to get any dust particles when you first put it on. Great screen protector, 2008-09-08 This is a great product -- easy to install, and the screen is very easy to see/read. Nice texture, hard to read in some light, Makes touch screen less sensitive, 2008-06-15 I installed this anti-glare screen protector on my AT&T Tilt (aka HTC Kaiser) phone. I like the texture, it's just a bit rough, so it gives a natural feel to using the stylus, especially for writing.
Unfortunately, the 'anti-glare' texture does add a bit of a foggy look to the screen, which is more noticable in some lighting than others. I was hoping the anti-glare aspect would help viewability outdoors, but often the cloudiness offsets any benefit of the 'anti glare' effect.
I have also found that this screen protector reduces the sensitivity of the touch screen significantly. Instead of a light touch, it now takes a firm tap to activate the screen, or firm pressure when dragging or writing for it to be recognized. I suppose this is to be expected when putting a sheet of semi-rigid plastic between the stylus and screen, but having used the Tilt for a few weeks without the protector, it was a bit uncomfortable getting used to the new pressure required. If you install one of these right away before getting used to the screen without it, you'll probably never know the difference.
Overall, I like the protector, and will keep it installed on my device, but if I were to purchase again, i would probably try the 'crystal clear' version or one from another manufacturer. expensive, but worth it, 2008-06-03 Well, I am currently on my 3rd Tilt device and this one (when I got it from AT&T) finally has a screen protector on it. Because I got it brand new and waited to open it until I could put the protector on it immediately, the device was free of any dust or issues, and looking sharp.
I highly recommend that you get a screen protector if you have a Tilt, because the screens often can scratch very easily, even with minimal use.
This is a good way to go, for a slightly more permanent and excellent protector. I have had no issues with it, and like the result: no scratches.
